Permissions other than bluetooth & location are used for Ad display. Paid version needs only bluetooth permissions & location. Location permission is needed from Android 6.0 onwards to find other bluetooth devices.

i link android to my old sonyericsson w550i without display and transfer/delete files unbelievably.
Downloaded it and found the app as useful as I had hoped. It actually works if you know how to use it as I was able to on my Tecno DP8D. The remote device was a Nokia E5. Paired the two, and "voila", I could view the Nokia's content plus send to and take from it. I have my dissatisfaction though but in the absence of anything like it or better so far, I dare say it is excellent, perhaps the best cos it does work contrary to the reports I have read. Great job by the developer, read me and be encouraged.
Keeps crashing with anything I try to do. Android 7 Nougat.

This app went from just OK to totally awesome. Love the latest update. Great interface , uses all the new Android features. Way to go guys.
Lite free version is just a prank, nothing more. Can't say anything about paid version.

Adware is the evil opposite of freeware. Bluetooth Explorer developer has zero integrity and zero credibility
At least this free version should have provision to paste files to remote device :/ 323kb wasted ;p

Nice UI. FTP log is really useful. Check the log if you let friends connect via ftp
Will not connect or push file. Whatever happened to open source software? These phones are virtually unusable.
