Bluetooth Keep Active
The sole purpose of this App is to prevent Bluetooth Audio Devices, such as speakers, from turning off when no audio is playing. For example if you have a Bluetooth speaker that you always want to be on and connected, but the speaker turns it self off after a certain amount of time this program should stop that auto turn off. Additionally Tasker plug-in support has been included to allow for automated turning on and off of this service.
Simply make sure the Bluetooth Audio Device is paired & connected to your Bluetooth equipped Android device and activate the Bluetooth Keep Alive by opening the app and pressing the toggle button. Your audio device should not auto-turn off now as long as you are within range of them and the Bluetooth connection remains active. This is mainly useful for alarm clocks / Bluetooth docks, or Bluetooth speakers.
Also this program has been used to prevent Goggle Maps Navigation audio cues from being cut off during navigation. This was accomplished by using a short time delay like .1-.08 minutes.

This app soes exactly what it's name says. UI is goofy as hell, but whaddaya want, get over it. I use it to prevent my Bluetooth speaker from auto powering off so I can use it as an alarm. Rolling Stones blasting in your ear in the morning is much more effective at higher volume than yer phone is capable of... To the developer, Thanks for building a simple, effective, and very lightweight background program.
Regardless of. Spotify, TuneIn, Pandora , my Bluetooth speaker kept cutting out and had to restart the music app again. After I installed this app, I've been listening to Spotify for over and hour and all is great. No drop signal at all. This is wonderful and so happy that I stumbled on to this app.
Man this app is magical! Thank you so much for making it! I use the dual speaker feature on the Samsung S9, and when there is no sound being played for over 5 seconds the speakers will become out of sync. This app prevents that. Thank You again!
Keeps the bluetooth connection active as promised, prevent my bluetooth hearing devices from beeping on and off everytime something decide to blip the bluetooth audio on like the annoying silent video ads. Also help in ensuring I don't miss any audio due to the bluetooth device connecting as it'd be already connected.
Congrats on a Perfect app! Works perfectly, easy to use (one button) and those bluetooth speakers will not auto shut off. I have Altec Lansing and even PLUGGED IN it shuts down. This is the cure

Does not stay connected for a Sgs10+ as I'm trying to connect to Nintendo Switch. Hopefully you can get this issue fixed.
I'm giving this app five stars because of the fact of one huge reason it can keep a Bluetooth internet connection alive it can keep the speaker alive and whatever else you have connected to it all at the same time really ingenious program just needs an auto start
Does not work as stated. I access internet through my other phone but it gets disconnect when I do not use this phone.
Works really well. Remember to set it not to sleep in android settings!!!!

**UPDATE, STOPPED WORKING THE OTHER DAY AND IVE BEEN LATE FOR WATCH BECAUSE I WORK ON A TUGBOAT AND ITS WAY TOO LOUD TO HEAR THE FACTORY SPEAKER ON MY TABLET. GOTTA FIND SOMETHING ELSE NOW ** Using to keep my JBL Flip on so the alarm on my tablet plays through it. my speaker usually shuts off on its own when not used for a short time. working on a towboat (people not familiarwith boats call it a tug boat) I need something loud and my tablet speakers were useless, my phone had to be right next to my ear. now no worries. My jbl flip is plenty loud. The guy in the next bunk room can hear my alarm now. He hates me.
App and icon name spelled wrong, you can see this even in the screenshots. User can't fix on their own. Icon title, other than being misspelled, clutters up desktop. Please update program, renaming the icon to "BT Keep Active". PROGRAM WORKS GREAT THOUGH! Just need to get your attention; I should be able to change this to 5 stars once corrections have been made. THANKS!
Did not work at all. Samsung qwerty key board pop up continues to pop up and disconnct bluetooth key board every 30 seconds
Does precisely what is stated. My speaker, which is the only thing loud enough to wake me up, no longer auto off's. That is the single reason I dl this app. Thank you. Also, its a simple one screen one button, no confusion, no problem.
Does not work. Bt shuts off anyway. Droid Z-play, boom2 headset. Worked for a little while. Duration set from 10 to 20 seemed to get worse.
Needs to have a troubleshooting guide but I figured it out now it working like they say. 5 stars

I would get furious since my headset kept unconnecting but now it fixed and im so grateful! One more thing if there is anyway to make the sound quite it would help to.

Bluetooth kept dropping the first few words in audiobooks after pause breaks. I would lose the first few words of each sentence. This app seems to insert a low level, barely audible, white noise to keep the bluetooth line opened. The settings let you select the interval it plays. I choose 0.001 to make it play constant and it worked great. Thanks for the free app, it has made my life a little less frustrating.
