Most brand new automobiles that have Bluetooth are able to stream stereo music via A2DP protocol and make phone calls via HFP protocol. This app will not help you much with these vehicles. However, vehicles just a few years old that have Bluetooth installed from the factory only have HFP protocol, so they can only make phone calls via Bluetooth. There are also several new and older headsets and hearing aids that only have HFP Bluetooth. If you have one of these vehicles, headsets, or hearing aids and want to stream audio, this app is for you!!! This is not a comprehensive list (nor does it ensure it will work, please test on your equipment during the trial period), but many late model vehicles made by Acura, General Motors with Onstar, and Audi MMI would benefit from this app. Headsets that may benefit include several Samsung, BlueAnt, and Plantronics models. Hearing aids that may benefit may include several Unitron and Phonak models. Again, please test on your own equipment during the free trial period to verify correct operation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The audio is streamed to the car stereo (or other HFP device) through a protocol normally used for voice (phone calls). Therefore, the audio frequency range output will not be the same as using A2DP protocol. This is a limitation of the hardware/protocol and NOT the app. The only way to change this is to buy different (and expensive!) hardware. Please test and make sure you are satisfied before you purchase. We want you to love it, and we are sure you will!!!

After having problems with the app connecting and then disconnecting after a few seconds, I left a scathing review and emailed the developer. To his credit, he responded immediately and emailed me again to say that he has now rectified the problem. I just uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it again and that seems to have solved the problem. I would advise anyone having the same problem to do the same. It's working fine again. So happy listening again to all. Thanks to the developer.
this is insane that phonak doesnt work out of the gate, you need a 2nd app to do so! Love it. update: after several weeks of using this app it still functions however I'm not sure if it's my phone (s9) or my hearing (phonak audio B) but there will be random noises when listening to music like a hard crunch. It pops up randomly.
The issue continues and no update from the app owner. The phone continuously disconnects from the Bluetooth device every 30 seconds.. anyone else facing it? Phone : pixel 4a Worked wonderfully but the first few months but as of now it's connects from my car speaker every 30 seconds.. please help and fix
Updated 3/29. Newest version now appears to work as before. This app is really useful for dealing with the annoying Android issue of not working well with a great deal of cars, especially with not being able to hear voice directions on Google maps over Bluetooth. I have the paid version.
Great to connect Spotify in my older car which has Bluetooth for phone calls only. Worked straight away. Pity Mono only - is that because car phones are mono, or a potential future upgrade?
Works great, love it, but. It doesn't work at all after the 1st October update. The app keeps closing when the turn on streaming button is pressed. Please do something
It is what it is... mimics a phone call to send audio to hearing aids. The results are not bad at all. Of course in the case of Phonak hearing aids, the audio only comes through the left ear. With that in mind, it works great!
Does not work It cannot find my hearing aids when it does the bluetooth scan. says "No devices found." I thought it was a malfunction in the trial version so I bought the full version. Still won't find the Unitrons.
Great, now with the Android 11 fix it works again! Now, please make it a 5-star app by adding these 4 things: 1. Please add the widget like BTMono has to be able to toggle the operation with a single click; 2. Please add intent to enable programmatic on/off/toggle; 3. The notification you have shouldn't just sit there, but offer an on/off capability; 4. Maybe get rid of the full screen so the home button doesn't disappear as this adds one more move to expose the home screen control to continue
It worked but, with the program closed and Bluetooth off, it lowered the max volume for YouTube videos to barely audible, on my s10e through the phone speaker. Soon as I deleted it volume control worked again.
Terrible quality, can't believe people pay for this app.*EDIT* It does NOT sound anything near a phone call. It is very low even with the radio and phone volume maxed, and it comes through with lots of static. I'll stick to my aux cord.
I am using Pixel XL with Android 10. I purchased the Pro version. But the app keeps on crashing during activation. Not able to use the app. The purchase cost is total waste.
Great app however it lasts about three minutes before it disconnects if I'm not on my phone. I've tried deleting and reinstalling like the previous comments but no help. Phone is a OnePlus Nord
This app take control of media volume all the time, even when is not in use. you can't adjust media volume with regular controls buttons if app is not in use. uninstall and everything get normal.
Good app, works well in my car (Kia) and the creator is very responsive. He updated the interface when I mentioned some issues I was having with the app.
I bought this app on April 2019, it was working great with the version that has a switch. Currently, with this version that has button of streaming instead of switch. it is completely not working.
I have paid version of the app. It used to work earlier, but not anymore after upgrading android 11. Plz fix ASAP, it looks like app is unable to run as background process.
Wish it was stereo. Needs to be a kill option for when the service is no longer required.

Wow this app actually works my car has phone bluetooth but no music bluetooth player this app solves tgat by tricking your it is connected to a phone call and plays all audio via bluetooth only issue is as the app says it is in mono mode not stereo but i can live with that great app worth every penny if you can solve the mono to stereo would be fantastic Cheers guys love it
I love this. yeah it"s acting like a call but its safer then using a headphones in a car. great work to the people who made this app. for how not expensive this is,its cheaper then a crashed car. A+
that app kept on resetting all my bluetooth settings and devices randomly. had to kick it out from my apps list. waste of time
I have a Jabra earpiece. It wI'll only allow phone call audio. However, sometimes when playing music on the phone and I receive a call, the music plays over the Jabra along with the call audio so I knew it was possible. Neither Jabra not Samsung were of any help. This app provides exactly what I want. I just received a call during this input. The music stopped and call came over earpiece fine, but when the call ended the music stayed off and I had to turn app streaming off and back on to reset
