I am using this app for last 4 years for my electronics projects using 8051 as well as for Arduino. Awesome app. Easy to use.
what an amazing app. you literally saved my day. thanks alot. man.
Does it use ascii communication?
Worked to send and receive console-style text from a bluetooth-to-serial converter. Not fancy, but does what I was looking for. Thanks for making this.
Great app but does not autoscroll. Also, would be great if it remember the last device selected so I don't have to manually select each time.
crashes when connect is tapped. Using asus tf300t
Used it for engineering project worked great. Sometimes if you unplug the module or otherwise suddenly lose connection you have to restart the app. But it's easy and that's to be expected.
come on, i don't mind ugly, but I have to have landscape on my tablet.
It is much helpful for me as Arduino have problem of bluetooth serial on windows. But this app lost bluetooth connection as phone goes to standby mode.
Easily used this app to test the bluetooth module I bought for my arduino.
The ONLY software that really works with arduino over BT, as it just sends what you want when you want
This is good but this app send characters one by on..it's bad..
Helped me a lot at communicating with the HC-6 module. Thank you so much!
Simply and functional and generally without ads! Connects with HC-06 Bluetooth module.
Crashes when I tap connect.
Worked within seconds. Clean interface.
Set up a BT module to my arduino, installed this, and was running within minutes.
A good terminal does at least Hexadecimal representation as well. Why don't any android terminals have this?
No unneeded permisions. Just does what it should :-)
Worked good for engineering projects. Thanks.
Pretty good snd flexible app
Whether data will be received by this app, if we send data over Bluetooth SCO channel?
Used for a project
Man I love it
this app will work for basic stuff, but you cant send new line \n or \r chars that i could work out ... i suspect as another review states, each char is sent individually...
to me a console terminal should be "type text and press return key" and your device spits back data as if you are at a real console. none of this "one liner then press send" stuff. And I don't care much for the portrait only mode. the BlueTerm app is a much better app for serial console use despite a problem it has with the CTRL key sequence.
It works but UI is very basic.
Simple to use.
Kinda works but comes with warning it might not work with my newer version of android. Doesn't rotate to portrait mode on my tablet. "Connnect"? That should be fairly easy to spell check. Avoid this.
