Bluetooth Voice Dial Widget
* Home Screen Widget. Press the button to simulate a hands-free button, which starts the Bluetooth Voice Dialer. Four sizes: 1x1, 2x1, 3x1, and 4x1.
* Optionally simulate a hands-free button press when you use a Bluetooth AVCRP media button (play / pause, next, or last)
* A shortcut (and car home shortcut) that simulates a hands-free button, and starts the Bluetooth Voice Dialer
Troubleshooting:
Some phones don't support Bluetooth voice dialing at all. Every phone and bluetooth device is different. Not all combinations will work. You'll have to try it for yourself to see if it will work.
Some car stereos do not send the forward/backward media button events until after the play button is pressed once.
LG G2x modifies the Car Home app such that you cannot add custom shortcuts.

I've spent the better part of two days trying out apps, that were supposed to dial my android phone, both paid and free, and this is the first one I found that actually WORKED. I don't understand the low rating unless it's folks that want their smart phones to bring them breakfast in bed or something. Sometimes the simple things are the best. I'll be giving these folks a donation, you can count on that.
This App was loaded onto my Samsung GalaxuyS2 phone. When I set it up and tried it on my bluetooth speaker it locked up and now I cannot start my phone at all. There is obviously a major fault somewhere in this software so. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT IS UNSAFE
Droid3 with pioneer AVH-P2400BT. Voice command would activate periodically without pushing a button. If I used the widget only it seemed to work fine.
It don't work! It got to the setup screen and will go no further. Galaxy S5

This app was the only way I could get my pressy key to be useful, where I can initiate voice dial instead of a ridiculous Google search
All it does is open Google not voice command call

Works exactly as advertised. My car stereo has avcrp play button support but not voice dial. Now I can voice dial with the play button.
I bought this app and a few minutes later I uninstalled it because it would not work as advertized on my HTC Rezound. When enabling the Headset Detection, it failed to detect either of my Bluetooth devices when they were connected, but turning off the feature would allow the Widget to work with the Bluetooth device that already had the Bluetooth Voice-Dialing button... which doesn't need this app to work. When using the car audio system which deosn't have the button (it uses its own address book), this app would not transfer the audio to the bluetooth device, which caused the app to continue to retry because it never got any audio from either the handset mic or the bluetooth mic. My iPhone 4 had no problem transferring audio control to any connected bluetooth device, even one without the button, and this app would have been perfect if it could have done the same thing. I would have given this app 3 stars for its clever approach, but I remove 1 star since the headset detect issues have not been fixed, even though the developer claims that they have been, and 1 star removed because we can't see the other 1 star ratings. i'd give it 5 stars if it actually worked...
