I waited for several months for the white screen and long load times to be fixed which never came. Seems each release has more bugs. I'm happy to say Muun wallet has solved the issues.
1.App not sending notifications. 2.Can't check transaction in mempool.space. It says "Unable to open url with default browser. Please change your default browser and try again" 3.Transaction history takes too long to appear in wallets. 4.I'm using Redmi note 10 pro Android 12 with recent bluewallet version.
I opened up a blue wallet to get a hugh payout from a vendor only to find out there was no way to send the money to your bank. There is no support to even ask about this. Lastly, the vendor had retract my payout since a network fee had to be paid. Blue Wallet is not an app to use. Don't recommend it
Not what they say it is. Do not fall for this. Lighting is too new. App layout is sub par on its best day. I suggest Muun.. they tell you upfront that there still in beta form.
I am new to Blue Wallet and can't remember password it will not allow me to pass the encrypted password page. Please help me so I can get in my app.
Received 20 satoshi through lightning, it's ok, then i can access the lightning network and see what i might pit it on, i goto send and i can't enter the amount of satoshi or ammount to send, it just stays at $0. Thats that for that wallet it's stuck. Please fix, it's in limbo,(edit), found out i can send from a lightning wallet to a lightning wallet for 1% fee lightning network is a much much cheaper & faster network. Also found out from a lightning network to regular chain fees are about $3
Bluewallet uses coindesk to import exchange rates. As coindesk is banned in the UAE the app cannot import exchange rates unless a vpn is used. What is also annoying is that if AED is selected as home currency that the amounts are displayed in Arabic despite the fact that English is set as language.
Freezes up at *every* use. Need to close and reopen 2 or 3 times before it works right. Then it will freeze up again. Unusable.
Perfect! (enabling Tor to connect to my own nodes makes the app unstable. Needs fixing. Use orbot by adding blue wallet to the Tor enabled apps.)
Blue wallet freezes or crashes frequently on my pixel phone. I noticed several other reviews indicating similar experiences. I saw a feedback from support to disable Tor. This does help however if you want to connect to your own lightning node, it won't work with Tor disabled, which is my use case. If they fix these issues I think this would be a good wallet. Hope this helps others.
worst wallet i have ever download, i have downloaded it 2 times now and it won't even open, it just stays on a blank screen, another app trying to push up it's download count on the play store, I'm also reporting this app, don't waist your time downloading it
Works 50% of the time. Sometimes payments don't send with no explanation. App will freeze on various screens.
I didn't see like this kind of app. It's a worst app. Not giving any reply to us. And the money which was recieved also decreasing min by min. There is no withdraw option in this.
The app is crashing on galaxy m32 oneui 4.1 (android 12). Update: Apparently, it started working again.

Not tested yet as it is impossible to back up recovery QR code. How are we suppose to back up the recovery QR code if the app does not allow to take screen shot?
Simple, easy to use and looks great. Multisig could be explained a little better (xpub vs private key). Might be nice to have the option to see what the current value in another currency is. Still waiting on the Windows app...
After I sent my first deposit, which I assumed would not incur a transaction fee by the receiver (Blue Wallet), a monstrous fee was displayed. Of course I could not write a favourable review! After the transaction finalized, there was no fee deducted. Confused. Anyway, updated to 4 stars with fingers crossed concerning the Lightning Network.
I'm sorry but no. The app was horribly buggy; I'd have to restart it multiple times just to successfully complete a transaction. Also it handles Lightning in a clumsy and awkward way; why can't you let me transfer BTC in Lightning back to my BTC wallet? I recommend Muun wallet for its simplicity and stability.
Easyer wallet. Good looking. Good compatibilty with other seed wallets (Electrum). Must add to get 5 stars: withdraw from LN to onchain.
I want to like this app. It looks good, and the intended functionality is what I'm looking for. I was able to install the app and connect it to my umbrel without any issues. *Update April 2022* The app works, but it is extremely slow and crashes easily. I presume it still needs tweaking to work smoothly on Android 12.
