Keeps FC. Galaxy Note 5. Android 6. Connected Bluetooth first still FC. Was able to get it to install and work by turning off the sharing feature in settings as soon as I could doing setup. After all was installed and setup I turned the sharing feature and the app forced closed right away. I have an iPad setup also, it appears this app cannot coexist with IOS devices. Over 15 hours fighting with this app and the IOS version. Think i will stick with Yonomi and Anymore and the harmony hub.
All support for the app and the hardware have been abandoned. Works ok, buggy and still no Amazon Echo or Google Home support. I ditched this and bought a Logitech Harmony Hub. Works perfectly and has Echo support and with IFTTT you can do anything and works with Google Home. Bye Blumoo. You were good for a while but now it's on to better and smarter.
We bought the device, downloaded the app, and I am so sick of constantly rebooting the app, because the device doesn't always turn back on when I need it. It isn't a better service, if it doesn't work as dependably as regular remotes. There are so many times when, in spite of repeatedly rebooting the app or unplugging and replugging the device, it simply won't sync with my phone. Waste of money, waste of time. :(
Sent emails and put request on the support page and no helpful answers. Even sent them the entire command list for my unit and they advised it should be on their list. We'll it's not. Unfortunately this is not an open architecture and therefore I can't add it myself. Looks like they are overwhelmed. Basically this unit was supposed to allow voice commands for my entertainment system but the Blumoo does not support my Pioneer Elite A/V receiver and this is not a one off unit and still gets 4 star Reviews
Use to work fine now, but stopped working, sent an email to customer service and was totally shocked had an answer and shipping a new unit at no cost, within 24 hours unbelievable that such a company still exists
App crashes constantly, tried on different devices and different versions of Android. Bluetooth connectivity problems. Doesn't work with Amazon Echo on any Android devices. Update: Customer service responded to my questions, but unfortunately this works only with iPhone for now.
App does nothing. A screen with a letter b on it shows up and that's it. No menu, no nothing, it doesn't work at all. Without the app the entire device is completely useless. Back it goes.

Just got it to communicate again and is working great again. Recognizes all my devices including my new VIZIO 4k and DirecTV genie. Only bug is it turns on all my Denon devices but doesn't turn them off. Just got latest update and all Denon products work correctly! Two thumbs up Blumoo!
I really wanted this gadget to work. I spent hours trying to download the software, did it in different gadgets, uninstalled and installed the app multiple times and still is not working. I will try again tomorrow but if does not work, I will take it back.
No Alexa support in Android. Loses Bluetooth connection constantly. Need to unplug the unit to get the connection back. Nice try... half baked gear at best.
Missing "features" that have been in the IOS app for over a year. My Blumoo has been sitting pointed at my media center and doing NOTHING for 6 months as I use Android NOT IOS.
The website is up for auction by go daddy. The app doesn't work without the websight. Not able to finish the initial set up.
Something that could be so cool, just doesn't cut it. Work around for android doesn't even work. For the price of this unit it should have an update for this work around asap,but afters weeks, nothing. Poor, poor performance for the cost!!!
Buggy. Stop connecting to my tablet/phone. Can't get it to reconnect. Tried for hours and can't even get beyond one of the set up screens. This is a device/program to avoid.
Works well for me. Use it on both my Samsung note 5 and an Asus tablet. No issues at all.
I bought the blumoo to use with the echo, I didn't read the fine print that it works with ios only, I wrote to support and they said to me that android support won't be available for " quite a while" so seems I'm taking this unit back and going for an anymote home, shame it works great on the phone...
Once connected to device the app force closes during setup and than every time I try to start it. Taking the darn thing back to Best Buy

SHAME ON ROVI !!! -- Blumoo does not work at all! -- ROVI IGNORES US! Blumoo never functioned very well and now (since 2018) it DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!!!!
I can't get past the start-up screen. I think this company went out of business. Even if they did, why would they shut down their app?

Works with none of my equipment
The device database is missing after I installed the app, it has a device database version listing, but it's blank. When I try to add a tv no tv's are listed, no devices of any kind are available
Horrendous to use. You have to create your own buttons/commands from the most basic initial set of controls. It's what you would get if Lord Business created an app using kragle as code. Amazon music doesn't show up on the app list STILL. At least it streams music as I wanted.
