Overall it has been great. One complaint is that it constantly reports motion when there is none. I think I finally found a work around by only having a few squares on the grid activated. Also the widget to easily turn the camera on and off easily has suddenly stopped working Edit: it is making it impossible to pay with PayPal. Sorry but you aren't getting my credit card number

The cameras have an excellant picture, if they haven't gone offline!!! However, 8 times out of 10 when I go to view a camera, I first have to either restart my phone... or uninstall/reinstall the app in order to get the camera to come back online. REALLY annoying!!!!! My advice is for you to get a camera that operates on a more reliable platform.

Having used this for a while, it is reasonably reliable when coupled with a strong and stable wireless connection. My only gripe is that it does not effectively differentiate between wind, rain, and other natural environmental conditions vs human activities (vehicles, people walking, talking, doing deliveries, etc. to trigger alerts. An algorithm which would minimize alerts fir naturally occurring phenomena would be useful.

Works really well besides the camera doesn't have great sound. Also I paid for an upgrade on both my cameras and one is t saving video or letting me go back and not sure what to do about it, even after I paid for it. Wrote an email but no response. Camera was easy to set up. I like the camera and that it follows movement. I had a few issues with camera , each day I noticed camera had missed full events still in motion from the library clips. Night vision through a window didnt work, barely could see. App stalled alot when viewing the library clips.

There are issues with this App. It won't let me view any live cameras while using my Android tablet and it sometimes says that my internet connection is down when using my cell phone, but I can use the internet at that time on that same phone. In addition, I have commanded the status light off, but the cameras intermittently have the status light on. The App needs more work to make it right. I loved the camera and being able to manipulate with my phone. My free period is over. Without a subscription now I do not have a full history. Tonight, I can't even check the cameras because the subscription ad will not let me tap the "x" in the upper right corner to get rid of it. I cannot get to the cameras or the settings. Loved the first few months; do not recommend at this point. I have a husband with advanced vascular dementia and without warning I cannot get the cameras set tonight.

It's ok, a little glitchy, Tells me there's motion when there isn't, goes into night mode in the middle of the day with a sunlight in the room, and a little difficult to control from your phone. It's very sensitive. For the price, it's decent and you can keep an eye out.

Camera works good and movement is good. Storage issues - paying for cloud storage is iffy. Update:0124222. App is reasonably ok. It's not very intuitive on how to use it. Also even though I'm paying storage fees/paid for the camera, I am still subjected to forced viewing of advertisements in the app.

I would give them a five-star if they were still cameras but because they're rotating cameras and they actually have a feature that will follow motion I have to give it a four. I use this camera to monitor my brother who is nonverbal autistic. I just watch him to make sure that he is not getting into any mess. But because of his condition he likes to Pace back and forth in his room so the camera sometimes loses track of him. But other than that the video quality is great.

Pretty good actually. This is my 3rd indoor camera brand and this one is the best. They constantly advertise to get you to buy a monthly subscription, but I get it. It's a business trying to get subscription revenue

It gets the job done. The responsiveness off the app to the camera movements is slow & difficult to execute at times, but you will see what you need to see.

It's a decent app, but missing a crucial function! When watching video playback, there NEEDS to be a quick '15 second rewind' button and quick '15 second fast forward' button. Trying to get to a specific second is virtually IMPOSSIBLE. I'm surprised every review doesn't mention this.

Overall I'm happy. I would like to see more detailed search criteria for alarm events even when recording constantly and not to the Cloud. PTZ sometimes lags on wifi, still waiting for wireless doorbell to be available. Other than that, very good product.

Finally, a camera and app that talk to each other. I've had others that couldn't seem to stay connected for more than a few days at a time, before having to go through a bunch of painful steps to get them back up and working. My blurams app hasn't lost the camera once in the 3 months I've had it

Rip off , they didn't explain before buying you will need to pay subscription? Without subscription using the camera is super limited. Scam. Don't buy it. Update: today may 29th 2022 motion tracking is not working and I tried to return they said has to be in original packaging.

Not recommended. Not reliable or safe. Crashes constantly. How good is a security app to see your cameras when the app crashes and doesn't let you view your cameras? My dog starts barking in the middle of the night. I go to look at the camera but the app is down. I have to uninstall and reinstall to view the camera and, it still didn't work! Not very reliable. This app doesn't work most of the time; requires resetting, reinstalling, and unplugging and replugging the device...

For the price the camera has been a great bit of kit. The USB connector is a bit of a fiddle to get through the wall. However the camera picture is clear and night vision is good. The app is great for reviewing the footage on your phone. The fast forward and event log, mean it's easier to find significant activity.

We have several dome cameras and the doorbell! The chime for the doorbell could be louder or an option to add a 2nd chime that connects to the door bell, would be nice. Overall, great devices with options to tap into premium services. View and control from Google assistant and nest would be even better!

Not bad but not perfect. My cameras are set to someone appears only. However false positives still appear from shadow movement and rain. Better than previous cameras. Keep working on improving.

Great home camera system. With my smart phone I can view my camera from anywhere. I paid 300.00 for one year monitoring but the company put the expiration date in the next century so it's free after the first year! Still great service after the first year!

Great Cameras, good quailty nite and day recordings. PROBLEM is they should offer the first 7-day backups included like other products do for 1-2 cameras. I bought 3 then sent all but 1 back, it was to late, because they only offer 1 day cont. recording w/out monthly bill. Now they took that away too. CAMERA WONT WORK RIGHT W/JUST SD CARD RECORDING OPTION W/NO CLOUD SRVC PLAN, Thats BS. Many offer ones that do and come w/free minimal cloud svc, for ex:, the Reolink I bought. Fix that 4-5 stars!

Cameras and app are easy to use and set up. Very reliable and stable. Overall very happy with Bluerams even if their name is a bit out there.

1. Scroll bar for recorded events very sensitive which misses desired exact time. Sometimes does even show event and just go back to live view. 2. Lots of motion false detection which I believe relates to system not having infrared sensor. A flicker of light from vehicles driving by can cause motion detection false trigger.

In my opinion the is the best security camera for the money. It's so clear and with the motion sensor it follows any movement or noise it sees or hears. Also being able to use the app through the phone I can see anything it has a notification for. Planning on buying more of these.

For the money it's a great doorbell with good clarity. Is there room for improvement in some areas? Yes, but show me a video doorbell that there isn't (I watch a LOT of reviews for them). Over time the app has evolved and is now better than ever, hopefully Blurams keep it up and continue to improve their already great product

For the most part works well. A bit laggy in replay and clunky when you scan the camera. Picture quality is amazing and sound capture is really good. Overall very happy for what we purchased it for which was to monitor our pups on the patio.

There products are pretty spot on and pretty fast app responsive, looks cool and does the job!!! I will like them to improve the focus lenses but for the price that I paid for my camera is pretty decent!! I recommend for everyone!!! 🎥🎥👍

Helps me rest easy knowing my dogs are okay. Sometimes the app has connectivity issues with the camera even though the router is nearby. These issues usually show up when I try and control the camera from wherever I am away from home

I loved the first camera I got. Set up was easy and it loads soooooooo much faster than ring. I loved it so much that I recently bought a second camera. This camera, however, will not connect to the internet, despite being closer to the router than the first one. I have tried everything I can think of to get it to connect to no avail. Troubleshooting guide is useless. I've tried everything suggested as well as many thing that were not. Will probably end up returning the 2nd camera
