Please allow me to uninstall Samsung apps that are not helpful to me. At least give an option for users to try the app for 24 hours after which time they can choose to get rid of it or keep it. These things take up so much space that I can't install apps that will help me organize my life events.

Forcing your app onto my phone is a compleate turn off. Consumers dont like companys who take libertys. Read your reviews. I run photography classes and i get my students to create their own photo books. Some ordered 5 - 10 copies of their book from you. I USED to use Blurb. Not any more. I dropped drop box for the same reason. Miscreants.

This is a betrayal to all of the customer's, who chose to use their hard earned money to purchase your product over your competitors. I as well as a lot of people feel this download is a breach of our privacy and an unauthorized nuisance to our devices. I am going to pursue a class action suit against Samsung if this app is not removed immediately.

Why do Samsung think I would like this app they don't know me, I have no desire to have this app, if I wanted an app like this I would download it. I don't want Samsung to take it upon themselves to decide what app to install on my phone that I pay for, especially when you cannot uninstall it. even when you go to their website to email blurb. They say it's down to Samsung SO SAMSUNG GET THIS RUBBISH OFF MY PHONE. NOW. Please

Violation of my rights. Take this app off my phone. I need space to update more important things that I need. Nobody wants it. Everybody hates it and feels the same way. If people want it they can install it themselves like all the other apps. Not happy one little bit. I will be investigating this further.

Go into your settings and pick your application manager find this app and click on it. When you get into it, it will show you 2 buttons force stop and disable. I force stopped it and cleared the data of it and then disabled it so that it isn't running.. Hope that helps some of you until they fix it and let us Uninstall it.

Wish buying power had the power to decide which pre-installed apps they want to keep/remove. At least to be able to permanently disable the app so it doesn't run in the background or use up too much space would be a great option for users. Sad I purchased my device for over $600 and can't control all the apps on it.

Total BS. Forcing this on your customers with no Uninstaller effin sux. It Makes me want to either root and remove or sh1tcan the smartphone all together and go to the most basic flip available and app up on my tab. It's n8t wanted and I can assure you it will not be used.

As a musician and a music fan, I like to leave as much free space as possible for music files and things that I actually want to put on my phone. Apps that I do not ask for seriously compromise the space I use for those things. I don't use blurb, never have, and doubt I ever will. Please stop pushing apps. I am a new Samsung customer, and for the most part have been happy with my Note 4. However, this is not the first time you have been guilty of forcing unwanted apps. Terrible business model.

Please remove this ap. I did not agree for it to be added to my phone. It takes up too much space. I do not read books on my phone. I bought the note edge because I wanted the the storage space for things that interest me not so you could fill it up with junk. As much as I don't like the I phone I may have to give it a try because of all the ads and unwanted apps that cannot be uninstalled. I have always been a Samsung user but this is ridiculous.

I really don't need this, I hardly read anyway, unless I need to, this app is completely useless to me. It's also a waste of space on my phone. And this app wasn't on my phone before, meaning you downloaded this app without my permission. I don't appreciate this, and I'd like to be able to uninstall this app. PLEASE, put the option to uninstall this app, because many people like me, do NOT want this app. And make sure you ask your consumers permission first next time, before you start downloading apps

Useless app, added without my permission. My phones' battery drains rapidly and the phone also lags terribly, now. I suspect it's partially due to apps such as these, using up the phones resources. For the love of all that is holy, let me delete this app!

Get this app off my phone. I didnot ask for it so stop putting apps on my phone i did not ask for or do not want. U can get this off your phone to free up space. Go to settings then application manager then all apps look for blurb dis enable clear data and cache it will say could effect your phone but so far it hasnt mine.

Make this app, and the others you force us to have on our phones against our will when it's us who are forced to pay hundreds of dollars for this technology, removable, otherwise you will have lost me and hopefully many others as android/Google customers. I plan on switching to Apple, the quality of service is much better, the phones simply work better and get stronger signal.

Like the other 49k people said, get this off of my phone. My phone is already short on space since everything else takes up so much room. I don't need this garbage on it too. I've always been a Samsung fan, but between this and the shoddy Lollipop upgrade, I'm fed up.

I've had a galaxy ace 2 and a tab and i'm fed up to the back teeth of unsolicited, sneakily installed, non removable bloatware being added without my knowledge or permission. This is even worse than nuisance cold calling. Sorry, Samsung, i've just upgraded my phone to a competitor. Please stop doing this to your customers while you still have them.

It appears Samsung went above and beyond their legal responsibilities or duties on invasion. We bought the phones so therefore it is each and everyone of our Own phone...does not belong to samsung anymore. We are not renting the phone either. Installing an app with out permission of owner is called invasion of privacy. Which is called the 4th amendment. The ability to uninstall this app should be given to the rightful owners of the phones. Heartless!

Only gave it a 1 because I could not give a zero. I want to be able to remove this and other apps like this from my phone. My S4 is all but unusable now as it is filled with junk apps like this. Had Samsung 's for past 4 upgrades but considering iPhone if this not resolved before my next upgrade in the Autumn

This app was placed on my phone without permission. We understand that when a phone is purchased that it comes with bloatware but we are given an option to uninstall or disable. Secretly putting a program on my device without even knowing the permissions it has, is violation of privacy. Provide the option to uninstall this app. Not a disable option. A complete removal from my device. My complaint is shared through out the rest of the comments of this app. Remove this app or lawyers will be contacted.

I don't want or need this junk... I'm getting tired of phone companies downloading stuff to my phone I don't use. Like I'm okay with all the Google stuff it comes in handy usually but what the hell is up with this stupid thing.... I didn't tell you I wanted it and it's taking up a crap ton of space for no reason. Your pushing me towards wanting to jailbreak my phone to get this trash off.

Eli. B. Jan 14, 2016

no problem if Samsung want to put all these useless to us apps on our phones ... it just shouldn't take memory on our devices. they must accommodate that into their design and give us the space they advertise . and continual updates use my bandwidth which is not unlimited. and give us the opportunity to hide it completely

Van. D. Sep 3, 2015

Like previous posts, I didn't ask for this app and it's infuriating that there is no option to uninstall. Samsung has added several unwanted apps to my phone with no uninstall option. I was made aware of this app, and other unwanted apps, when my phone alerted me of several pending updates. I don't want this app...I'm sure as hell not going to hit the update button.

The latest disappointment with my Samsung phone. Lots of other pre-installed apps i don't want as well. This is the first and last Samsung phone I will buy. Fed up of handset manufacturers trying to force apps on customers to try and generate more money when customers have already spent hundreds of pounds to buy the product.

Car. S. Jan 18, 2016

I did not want this on my phone if I did I would have installed it myself. Takes up to much space that I could use for something I actually want. Just like other apps that are on your phone when you buy but never use either put an uninstall button on all of these apps or just don't put them on in the first place, we are paying for the phone and should have the right to say what we want on it.

After reading every other review I see this is probably pointless but samsung please get all this unwanted c**p of our phones. It's not fair now. I can't even have apps I DO want on my phone because of all these silly ones that are absolutely pointless to me. GIVE US UNINSTALL OPTIONS. Or as other customers I am seriously considering changing providers.
