For someone who speaks neither Turkish nor Arabic it's really bad! When i open the App I can't even translate it! An English version of the app would be appreciated. And as a student I don't have a credit card! It would've been easier if one could pay with "paypal" , just like Netflix. Also, I cannot complete membership "due to the above" nor can I delete the account permanently, because there's only the option to cancel subscription! What a bad experience! 👎

*I dropped the rating after getting a response falsely claiming that there are English subtitles available. I have yet to find a movie or show with them. When will they actually include English subtitles and allow English setting user interface? Great value for the selection of movies and shows. But please add English UI for foreigners and also the option for English subtitles.

Amazing selection of content, but there's only one major problem! I rely heavily on subtitles and there are english subtitles what so ever. As a foreigner living in Turkey, I don't use the app as much because even the french or chinese or any movie that doesn't have english audio, still has turkish subtitles only. PLEASE ADD ENGLISH SUBTITLES, you have so many foreigners here who would use your app if there are ENGLISH SUBTITLES!

This is a great app. But as your foreign viewer and don't understand Turkish nor arabic but loves dizis. An English version of your app would be very much appreciated. We don't have credit card because we are still student so it would be easier if we can pay via paypal. Hope you granted our wish. Thank you so much!

There is no playback speed option, episode summaries are unreachable and definition settings are useless. Eventough I set to HD it is auto-selecting the definiton and this is irritating.

Is it hard to add tablet version? At the both platforms only vertical position. But tablets are usually used in landscape mode. Please add rotate control, it is not so hard addition.

Konfigurasyon dosyasi okunamadi- hatasi aliyorum tekrar tekrar. I am getting this error, the app is not working. Even the first screen is not working. The TV app (lg smart tv) was not working, I tried to use android app. It is also not working

I downloaded the app and was gonna subscribe. But i only found turkish and arabic lang .. there is no english at all .. you've got great shows running in there, so i really hope u can add english for navigation into the app and have all ur turkish series in english translation 🙏🏼

Its all written in Turkish and urdu only... English should also be an option of language for easy usage. As many doesn't knw both of the language and still watch Turkish shows

English should've been thought out from the start. I mean, if you like expanding your app. Not everybody speaks turkish. But kinda everybody speaks english. So, it's kinda important.

The app is very poor and it always crashes or gives errors at least twice a week and z support team are too slow responding to z complaints

After subscribing to watch the olmpics games , everything was good but today the app is not working and showing Konfigürasyon dosyası okunamadı Iam missing matches now !

english language is not available on this app.there is only arabic and turkish. so we who are from other countries can't understand the language.i think you should think about it.

My wifi is fiber, but when I watching a movie, the movies are not play, and just write downloading on the screen, I am waiting for play but movie is not playing ever never. İt s not problem but I am paying money for this app please correction this problem.

satisfying edit: I wanna see more original serie on blutv. You just bring on films I've already seen centuries ago. I started to think about, is it worth to give ₺19.90 per month for this app.

It says that it is old version i have to update it. But it is the latest version that i am using. They have solved the problem immediately. Thanks a lot

Can't we just see without paying because as a teenager we don't have credit/debit cards....and I'm from India and I don't know what all the instructions are given over there ..... !!

It will be the best if we have all these series in Arabic subtitles not in dubbed will be cool and I'm trying to cancel but there's an error 😑😑

Please add English as a language option for setting to the international audience is very difficult to play the app who don't know Turkish language

I wanted to watch aşkı memnu with arabic or english subtitles but i didnt find any. Theres no subtitles its all in turkish. I have wasted my money for nothing.
