A slow unresponsive app and device that constantly drops out and takes forever to reconnect. Your advice to another reviewer is misleading as the new app, batterycheck 100, only works with the new device, not the old ones. Why would you purchase the new device when it too can be superseded and not work with future app developments? Poor form for a premium priced product.
Connection is very hit and miss, constantly disconnects from battery. Through up an error about being made for earlier version of Android and may not work, Samsung Note 10 Very disappointing with the money spent on this device, between a rock and hard place now, I am going to have to spend more money to get a reliable product. Edited - I only bought the product in December 2019, wasn't advised it was the old version and that a newer better unit was available, even more disappointed now
Have had the unit for quiet some time and have never once seen a firmware upgrade for the unit or an app update for my phone (pixel 2). Any chance you guys can actually get behind your product and release some firmware updates, to make the connection more stable? Also patch the app so the it has some more features like history graphs, trends, max and min usage for the day/week. I really hope you guys can bring the unit and the app up to date, otherwise I will be going to a different product.
App needs more work on it!. Connection very hit and miss, battery shown as "unknown". Need more time to assess accuracy and a history graph would be very useful. Seems service support is lacking but otherwise the unit works as it should.
i have installed this app. and it keeps disconnecting over and over and over. seems to be the same issue others are having. have also sent email to support. more than happy to re-rate but atm i am going to return my bm pro if i dont hear back in a week.
no support at all for a device that will not work. This must represent all their products. I recommend you stay well away from this company
Have BC300 and will not connect. Phone sees the Bluetooth device but app will not connect

It won't even download onto my Android waste of money
Sold as a state of charge meter but actually doesn't show true state of charge at all, app is terrible, the windows always split into two and the Bluetooth looses connection constantly to the point you know you just have to wait ten seconds every time. I have tried this app on 4 different android phones and it's always the same. It doesn't seem to be phone specific it's just poor regardless. Not what I was hoping for at all. The worst thing about it is the fact it IS NOT a state of charge meter because as soon as you introduce a charge the meter says the battery is 100% charged. Which is a flat out lie. Device and app are basically just a glorified volt meter that's all they are.
Voltage displayed does not seem accurate, out by 0.2 volts when compared to 2 different multi-meters, which is a lot when trying to gauge the level of charge of you battery.
Great app works well, would be nice if the program could keep a data usage graph that tells you what amperage was used daily and what amperage was put back into the battery daily
Had this for over a year for my solar system. Helps me keep me on top of my Batteries
Works well now we got the 6.0 updates. Just installed in new caravan.
Doesn't work on tablets
Keeps dropping the Bluetooth with my samsung s5. Also tried with samsung s2 same result. This prevents me from getting into setup. Cannot change parameters or setup new batteries. First version of software was the best.
Does exactly what they say. Graphs would be nice but reliable so far and very easy to use.
I cannot got this device to connect to my phone. I've tried all of the usual troubleshooting tricks but nothing has worked. It doesn't work anything like shown on the instruction video. It will connect to my iPhone 5 but the app is outdated and lacks features. Will not connect to the Google Pixel at all. Really disappointed in this device as I expected much better.
