It doesn't make sense at all to stop the online transfer without any customer notice. I spent many hours trying to do an online transfer and it said "wrong OTP". At least show me the service is not currently working. Horrible customer experience!
It always gives incorrect code. I can't do any transaction since its last update. The customer service and technical support didn't do anything solving this problem, just forcing me to reactivate the token without fixing anything. Very bad service.
worst experience ever. one star is too much. one day my soft token suddenly is not working. i went to the branch in UAE and created a new request. whenever i call the call center they tell me we have no instructions to activate for customers outside egypt ! althought i have done all the required steps in UAE branch. for more than a month im not able to do any transfer from my account and no one cares. i have never seen this in any bank in the world.
not working for the past 4 months very useful and easy to use... 4 stars because I wish there's an option to copy the OTP and paste it into BMonline app. It's sometimes difficult to memorize numbers
I have a bad experience with the app and I coudn't transfer for more than 4 months the custmer servise didn't give any solution I upgraded the mobile and finally the app worked only with android 11
It keeps telling me "mandatory permissions are missing" and stop working . I have no idea what permission is the one that it needs . I gave it all permissions and yet it doesn't work . Why in the hell does it need so much permissions for anyway.
Bad application supprted with confused customer service employees. Once it stopped, never try to fix it again You better save customer service's calling money.
Works only one time and after error and trial several times for 2 hours. Now, for 3 days it gives me wrong security id. It seems that I have to go to Bank Misr branch to perform my transaction. Also, there's no help guide for this application except call 19888. Shame on you Bank Misr.... Modify my Post:- Finally, 19888 answer me after 5 days, they said that was for the big call's traffic due to COVID-19 issue. They solve the problem and now works fine.
I am very disappointed and very bad experience dealing with the app and the bank . the app most of the time says the service is not available and customer support are not cooperative at all
Not working. Fail to activate soft token, returning the same error "The soft token activation process cannot be completed. Reason : [Bind mobile failure]. Please contact Bank." And the bank's hotline unable to help.
Feature is currently restricted. Please contact bank, then call the bank (sorry it's from Administration and we don't know when it will be available again) Just we are clients to serve bank administration. Shame just they can decide what they want without even notice the clients!!!!
Used to work when I first installed it, now it produces the wrong OTP so I can't complete my transactions. I'm currently not in Egypt and so it basically means that I'm completely blocked! no way to get online support
The worst application ever. What does it mean that you stop it wothout any reason or prior notification. You have to be punished and pay fines for this inconvenience.
Buggy and non-intuitive Gives me the following error on the website while activating "You have 1 Error Message The soft token activation process cannot be completed. Reason : [Bind mobile failure]. Please contact Bank."
Very stupid application .. very boring ... always gives you errors .. can't complete. I am using several Banks' applications, this is by far the worst ever.
I reactive it for 4 times between going to branch and calling call center and dosen't work yet!!, It's have been about one and half month i have been trying with out any thing happen!!, It's costing my time and money!!!!
The application does not work at all and after continuous communication with the bank for more than 4 months, the bank completely failed to find a solution to the problem
I can't configure the finger print option. Everytime I try, the app crashes.
It was working and suddenly stopped and no solution. No need for it.
I uninstalled this useless app. No transactions could be done. I hope they send an OTP instead

Not compatible with android 12 must be fixed.. Always giving error message "invalid OTP"
Generate only 15 digits for verification code not 16 digits, so couldn't complete the activation process.
Suddenly stopped after 2 years of working saying incorrect code. I think natinal bank software is much better i am vip bank member and i think it is time to close such account gradually and move to alahli bank
Very bad app iam in UAE I call call center to activated but they can't do any thing
Normal give invaild secure Id , same OTP we put but no response and no link between the two program . So we cannot transfer mony till now Need more facility ( no flexibility )
This application has crashed out many months ago and the IT bank guys still not able to resolve this issue.and 19888 did not know what are going on. Even bank customers service lost. Is that bank of Egypt ?!!
I have no idea how this works. There's nothing that explains it and the screen is not at all user friendly.
It's easy to use and generate the password everytime. So smooth and simple. The problem is that every while it stops working properly and you need to call the bank to fix it or remove and reinstall it again. Please Bank Misr, work harder to fix all this application's issues... Thanks
