Very useful app. However, after the last update, an Electricity Service notification keeps popping up telling me ( will be closed once recharge SmartCard done). I don't know if this affects the application in any way so far. Can you please check this issue? Thanks for your efforts.
For favourites how to delete/ change a favourite ? It needs a way to pay for uber for example. It is not possible to load my wallet from my account after I received the new visa card. It shows a message ' contact call center'. I did so and nothing happens. Consequently, this application became useless.
Very bad application which has some bugs. The app appears an error message and I can't login since the last update. Where's the testing and quality teams. Really this bank is very bad in everything.
Very bad app and don't respond to the codes sent by itself. I've been trying to subscribe for more than a month but it still doesn't respond. I recommend to delete this app until you can do another one professionally. THE WORST APP I'VE EVER SEEN.
This update is very bad, permanent notification about electricity card charges! And the logo of purchase and others are not available which is not a good image about a great bank as you, please fix these issues as soon as possible.. Thanks for your reply and support.. issues are solved ๐
The last update is bad, especialy for receiving cash. It doesn't work. I gave the password for receiving money but the process failed. No one can send me money. The oldest version without password for receiving money was easier. I can't receive money now.
I downloaded it twice and still have the same problem. I'm stuck at the primary screen. The links [show next time\ Done] do nothing. Did the developer forgot to put their links or what?? How could it be not working?!
I have a problem in registering to the wallet, every time I try to enter my national ID No. an error message that keeps appearing ( enter the 14 number of ID no.). I rechecked the number so many times without any real benefit.
Terrible experience trying to login but a notification keeps popping denoting that there is neither mobile network nor Wi-Fi connection which is not true. A horrible application. Cannot even rate it one star
Very bad app didn't except the every time I downloaded..try to reset password the cod is wrong every time no time it could be true..nothing to do with it please don't install it I well transfer to another bank .. if it still problem . no one in call customer could help.. pleas do it again and again as they told me . Very good application, can manage almost everything you need online without going to the bank. There was a problem afrer last update but it was fixed quickly and now working very smooth
Can't add a card keep giving me a message saying approved but when I click ok nothing happens .I went to the bank they tell me I need paper registration for the wallet .I did that .try again but still the same problem , even the bank can't fix , and now it's completely useless
I have a problem with it ..I'm trying to register but it keeps telling me that this service is not available right now.. this is after receiving the activation code
I couldn't subscribe to the service. It is unavailable during registration after receiving the confirmation code through my phone.
Terrible experience , if there is a rating less than one star, i would have given it ,,, servers are not working , even terrible service at the banks to connect the card, it is just using a space on my phone without any use
There is a new bug in the application When i open the app before login .. it shows messege that there are no wifi or data connection found .. i deleted the app and reinstalled again, but the same problem.
Didnt want to accept the card details.. Gives a message...try again later... I tried after weeks..i got a message there's an updated version..i installed it & now it crashes once i try to open it.. This is vey disappointing
After any transactions app is freezing I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it again Now I can't activate it on my phone (((((((((( App is not supporting screenshots ))))))))))
Very bad, almost useless, can't transfer money to any other wallet, ATM withdrawal always not available and no customer support you can depend on, better to choose any other wallet service. BM wallet is a trap for your money.
Regarding 8/6/2021 app update, many services are not working and error messages appears with every single move after the update.... Where are the testing team!!!??
Sometime we face some problem with the app. It needs more support from IT department to deal direct with clients rather than dealing with call center. This will shorten time and effort.
Worst ever. Since August trying to activate. 8 international calls to reset password each 15 mins plus 4 emails and still not working. A big failure. Don't download and waste ur time. Not working.
Worst application ever for a very bad service of bank misr .. all Egyptians can't use the application, and after 5 times calling the call center . They can't solve the problem of loging to my account ... Credit Agricole online application is the best service ever in Egypt based on 10 years experience.
Does mostly what it should. But WE Internet Top-up should be updated instead of the Tal2a Recharge. I just cannot buy extra quota as the prices shown are not accurate.
Its very useful app but need some things like adding all universities to pay Tuition fees i hope you think about that . Thanks for your efforts .
The app is not working anymore and keeps asking for activation code without sending it to me and also keeps showing the no internet connection message though the phone is connected.
Very bad I had installed it since almost two weeks and every 2-3 days I try to register and it says that it will send a message with a code and it hadn't never come! Unistall!!
When will the next update be released to fix the constant crashing? After the recent update, it's unusable. Please hurry, many rely on this app for urgent bills and payments.
I am trying to activate my account, but it always shows an error message telling me the activation code is incorrect, i have resent it several times and it is the same everytime. I honestly suggest you to remake the whole application, it is full of errors and bugs.
