None of the functions works. Standing right there next to the office and still too far to check the numbers of ppl in there. Plus trying to book appointment at NONE of the districts allow to provide service about ID CARD. WIERD what a govt service it is! Will give zero star if it s allowed.
the most Inferior application of the decade.
Queue button doesn't give any ETA. For reservation for today's visit, system still required citizen to show QR code to be scanned at the municipal office. This make it useless to have this app. while technology to determine location proximity is already available, the system should be enhanced to provide estimated time, and reminder to depart from home to arrive government in time.
As of 2 March 2022, why there is no Express Service point shown? Threre are only district offices.

To be honest, it's better than I expected. Quite Easy to use. Also, It sync with the actual q and provide the notification when your q is arrived and which slot you need to go. Despite the look, the rest is Great !
