BMC+ iCode
First, bind the RESmart GII device to the App, using “iCode QR & iCode QR Plus” scanner in the App to scan the QR Code on the RESmart GII device screen (press Mute Button of the device to show up the QR Code when the device is under standby status). After scanning, the App will identify device Serial Number automatically, thus the binding is finished. Second, go to “My Pate”, input the email addresses (e.g. the user’s, the doctor’s and the service provider’s, maximum 3 email addresses). The treatment report in PDF file will be sent to those emails automatically after each scanning, in order that the doctor or service provider can offer services to the user.
In the “Upload” page, you can check the treatment reports, which contains work mode, compliance time, AHI, treatment pressure and so on.

The scanner has never worked. The only option is to enter about 5 different sets of numbers of 16 characters each. And there's no way to share compliance information with whom it may concern. It crashes while opening local QR image in my device.
Doesn't sync with phone, having to scan qr code everyday to get results. No chart or explanation of results. Useless!!
Looks as if there's no support for this app at all. Been trying to register an account for 2 days and I've gotten absolutely no where. Why sell a machine that goes along with the app but you don't support it? I cant recommend this app or the cpap that goes to it. Get yourself a Phillips and be done with it. I definitely regret this purchase. This is what I get for being cheap smh.
The app has stopped working, as the users are not able to log in to their account, thereby not being able to share their therapy reports. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.
Good app to generate report by scanning the icode. But scanning of icode from gallery image doesn't work. Please update the app. Also cant import report for printing.
Good app but it has stop emailing the reports to email addresses. And there is no place you can resend the report if need to send to doctor
Great app, the google play download was last updated in 2017 and doesnt work great but if you go to the BM Medical website you can update to the 2019 version !
Great app, emails a pdf to your email of your ongoing effectiveness of your cpap AHI index each night. would be better if it kept the data via a website account online like the Philips dreamstation, so that it effectively keeps your progress in the cloud

It works fine for me. The scanning of the QR code and report that gets generated.
JUST adequate. Abandoned app (last updated at 2017 !!!!!!). How in hell do you expect the people buy your devices when you are abandoning your app????

Would not recognize my Luna 2 .
Very good app, easy to use and will show and send reports via email by simply scanning codes. I am currently using the BMC GII auto CPAP and so far it's proved to be one of the most comfortable machines. The only downside is that the machine and/or app won't show graphical representation of detailed data pertaining to daily usage. I would rather have my data exported to a universal software or app where I can see my breaths, leaks, AI, HI etc. on a two dimensional graph.
It worked. Then stopped working. Cant scan qr + and I can not log in, ask for password or register. Only get Chinese letters on screen. Dont buy Resmart.
QR code scan works but thats it. Constant Chinese language error when trying to create an account needed for full report saying "network abnormality, please check connection" WiFi or LTE same results. Need to get this fixed or do not advertise it as a feature.

i am on resmart devices and this app.helps me understood how.i.went with my threapy. easy to share. very impressive functions. with this app i dont need to sd card to see my report.

The "3B Luna qr" app stopped working after 6 weeks of data collecting. Stepdaughter called Tech Support which told her to uninstall & reinstall app to update it- Nothing. After days of frustration & doing online research, I found this app which does everything for me which the other app doesn't. Love that I get an email from BMC showing a complete "Therapy Report". Other app doesn't give that. This app is way better & shows ALL days of Compliance. Website "icode connect" is awesome too.
