BMI Federal Credit Union

Really good functionality for a smallish bank app. They recently patched the laggy camera for mobile deposit which I was happy to see. My one complaint is that the "safe to spend" amount can be really confusing and fluctuates significantly for seemingly no reason, but I'm not sure that's attributable to the app, or the bank itself.

Love the app! Able to access my banking any time easily. It's also nice to see all of my accountant together on one screen; mortgage, car loans, checking, savings, credit cards, etc...all together for ease of use.

The new update has been great! It looks nice and modern, the old bugs are gone, and new little features (like quick transfers, which I believe are new) are nice to see. Keep up the incremental improvements!

A good app that gets the job done but it is visually unappealing as it doesn't fully match the BMI color scheme so it feels off and unprofessional. I also think it should resemble the desktop version more and function as such.

Does it's job well. Matches the website well. Overall easy to use. Has some occasional bugs, and could use some UI improvements.

Enjoy it. Makes it easy. It could use some more privacy, when multiple apps are open not show the home page. Have it be a blank screen.

The app seems to do everything the web based version does. Even more with mobile deposit. Great and intuitive interface!

I have been with BMIFCU for over twenty years. Their service has been great, when you call if you have a question it is taken care of immediately. Customer service everyone is so efficent and never have I had someone with an attitude problem.

Doesn't have the feel of a contemporary banking App. User interface looks old-fashion. App boots weird and menu is not interactive. BMI can do more than this!

So far so good. I wish they introduce Scan Check Deposit, this will make it very convenient to those who don't uses direct deposit. I know Bank of America do have one in their App.

Works well, usually as expected. Been with BMI since texting on AOL, pay per minute. Always a pleasant experience.

I love having this app at my fingertips. I also love the fingerprint access. It is nice not having to remember a password. Checking my balances in a glance is wonderful.

Good app, usually doesn't have issues. Wish it would show my full routing # and account # for direct deposit though!

Keeps me posted of real-time transactions, bill pay, and statements. Even better now with Deposit Mobile!

GREAT! The Credit Union itself is the best decision Ive ever made but the app is a Bonus. Its Accurate. That's what I want. Accuracy.

Good app, but bill pay is sometimes unreliable.

So far costumer service is good but to make payments of loans no enjoyed at all i wish be easy always i have to call costumer service to make a payment

My balance isn't updated fast enough. Kinda makes the app pointless. I should just drive to an ATM

Been tryong 2 set up Bill Pay for about a month explicitly following instructions for Android and all I get is an error message with no explanation on how to fix.

Easy to use and navigate. Logically designed.

Has errors in remote deposit function that cannot be resolved by the user.

This has been very useful and convenient so I don't have to long on via my computer
