Includes everything a doctor from any practicing level needs during work Info at hand any time with quick access -quick access to updated clinical diagnostic, investigative, procedures with almost every question i need answered
Simple user interface with a concise summary for available conditions followed by tabs with more detailed information as needed. One of my go to apps when I need to clarify things. One of the best features is the summarised graded steps of management tagged with the level of evidence to support it, and the advice re the required ongoing follow up. Thanks for your quality work, BMJ!
An amazing app. This app has been a boon in my residency in internal medicine. At one glance one can go through each n every details about a disease right from its usual and unusual presentation, investigations required and its significance of findings, management protocol linked with every comorbidity associated with that particular case in this app. It gives u gr8 confidence.
Superb application ever... Better than medscape, better than up to date.. Provides the short and sweet best evidence practice
The Best Medical Decision Support System Currently Out There! Not More Complete But Practically Better And More Concise Than, Uptodate & DynamedPlus & Medscape!
Great plateform to meet my educational needs on daily basis.
Excellent resources and upto date guidelines for a busy GP.
There are lots of conditions, which is not available in BMJ. Kindly update the database. Thanks.
Excellent reference! Structured well with sections for easy navigation. References listed in order of importance. Guideline links are easy to access. Would love to have more diagrams and pictures with some crucial graphs, especially guideline changing RCTs and meta analyses. I find myself gravitating from up-to-date nowadays!
Very useful app. Great resources and up to date information. Can be accessed any time and all broad range of specialist information. A must to keep up to date.
Freat app. Very handy. I particularly like the brief summaries and then very clear sections (suagosis, investigations, management, etc) Covers lots of conditions, but have come across a few that i couldnt find. What u would find helpful is if there could be more articles under presenting symptoms, rather than conditions.
Couldn't subscribe after the trial period and now I am not capable of using the app, I need to make a paid subscription and unfortunately I can't.
Easy to use, management algorithms are particularly helpful in the ED. I'm very grateful to have this resource.
Incredibly useful for studying on the go. The app is very user friendly and is easy to navigate. Perhaps the only annoying thing is the "REF" written in bold red before every numbered citation. Should be replaced with square brackets around the numbers.
It s full of updated guidlines writen clearly and understandably
Very easy app to use and straight to the point. Excellent order and layout. Missing some highly specialized subjects but it's not a big deal because It is supposed to be for general practice . And the best thing is recently updated guidlines. good 👍👍
Since latest update there is no longer landscape support or pop up window support or split screen support. This effectively makes the app useless for note taking & revision of topics and is a huge step backwards. Please fix as soon as possible as this makes the app unusable for me.
If you're a medical practitioner, this is a must. There isn't anything I think that does a better job with such an easy interface. The only thing I would change would be the calculator section, it's a little boxy and some searches don't return the calculator you need unless you enter the eponymous name.
Very nice. Need to improve the navigation panel abs search terms. In addition there is a problem with inability to copy the text from the mobile app
Excellent app. Wish it has more topics. Edit: This app is so excellent and really helpful for me as a medical student! Suggestion: Maybe the developer team can add a fav. button to add topics that we can always go back and read., 😊
An easy-to-use and one of the best apps I ever used!
Awesome app, accurate, to the point and largely all you need to know to aid active practice! Doesn't cover unnecessary details and is the perfect picket guide! A very modern cheese and onion (Oxford clinical handbook).
Excellent and detailed app that's easy to use and gives great information quickly, even offline. Just watch out that your local guidelines for Tx match up, they often don't!
Very easy to use app. Quick access to most recent guidelines. Less content than uptodate though ( but costs considerably less). Overall, a great app!
The app is not responding. I have tried severally but it never works. It just shows the first page - "BMJ Best practice straight to the point of care" and that's it. I can't even login. Please resolve the issue. Thanks.
It is impossible to download the app content. It always gets stuck at a certain percentage. The highest i got was 78%. Usually 66%. Pls rectify this
Helpful clinical tips just how tou want them!
I'm a PA Student so my course is super intense with a lot of information to remember in a short space of time. The BMJ app is really great for revision on the go and includes all the information I need to know for each condition
Excellent and helpful.. thanks 😊
This app is very handy becuase depending on urgency, one can expand or collapse a given point and scan through an entire topic in a matter of minutes. If one's interested and each heading is expanded, the articles can be 50 to 120 pages long. The app simultaneously functions as a text and review, an amazing and unheard of feat.
