Well, its quite handy. I have been using it for more than a year now. But i don't understand is why you have not included the finger print unlock option and why i need to activate NFC option via a sms token, every time. The only reason u lost two stars. I really hope you would make changes where fingerprint reader would be used to unlock the app and NFC can be activated without having to wait for sms token. Consumes a lot of time.

Good app. Been using it for more than a year. Easy to use, I use it for my international money transfer throught to Bank account direct. Untill last month, there was no issues but been getting errors while transforming the transaction as it always appears on pending status. At a point , though the app saves the recent activity details of the transaction but should also let the user know the details of the bank that is been saved. Same name may get more than one account so has to identify .

This app worked perfectly with my previous mobile. I use it every day. But it doesn't work with the phone i have now. It's stuck in registration window. After inserting my number, continue button doesn't work. But if i press continue without inserting my number, it tells me that mobile number required

Over all user experience is good. The OTP codes don't get entered automatically, sometimes they do. Could really use fingerprint authentication on devices rhat support it.

Very good app but it is missing fingerprint biometric authentication. It is necessary in today's world, anyone in the shop or premises can see me type my pin. Please allow users to use fingerprint as authentication.

At the beginning i was having some issue with debit card then i directly contact to bml help center and within 3 days they fixed it and now it's perfect and this app is the easiest way to send money internationally . Thank you

For the Bank Selection in Send Money International... The list has only drop down list. Its very difficult to scroll for 10 mims to get to the bank branch. I would suggest for type in and search fetch the bank branch and select it in ease.

I topped up my money to prepaid travel card coz I need to transfer money internationally so I can pay my loan back home. It has been 2 weeks or more still error KYC NOT COMPLETE it says always! What the hell!! Why cannot even transfer it back to my card, I need my money back coz I need to pay my loan back home!!! Fix this now, I have my deadline today or tomorrow!!!! Customer hotline always busy!

Worst mobile app... When the screen is locked you have to re enter all data again. It always starts from the beginning.

This app really needs finger print as a security feature. writing the pin in public is not safe. please implement fingerprint access asap.

its a good app. BUT lacks some features like messaging to BML support. have to log-in to internet banking every time to check bml support responses.

convenient app, but lacks biometric authorization. this means a pin has to be used, which is inconvenient at crowded sales points.

No option for fingerprint, unsafe to enter pin in public . Have to wait for confirmation code when paying via NFC, which wastes time.

The app itself is great. I mean, I use it more than often. Any chance when it's going to be released for Smart Watches?

It was very good but now a days I can not send money to my Home Nepal. They said it was updated and added more facility but what is the problem it doesn't work at all. Please get me back and let me know what is the issue????

Awesome app, no need to carry wallet or Cash in pocket, but i wonder why it has no finger print security login like it's greater sibling "BML mobile app" 🤔

Totally useless. Just a joke, not an app. No promised service provided. Bank blames third party provider. I'm not paying whoever servicing bank. I'm paying to bank Better to use Western Union.

Giving error when trying through to pay with mobile number entered. How much more time you need to fix ?
