Horrible app. Made a payment to my bill which was not recorded on their system up until 2 months later and still waiting. Unacceptable for a communications company.
I was getting the error of "Mobile, Proxy or Secret Code not valid" whenever I wanted to log into my wallet. The problem was solved after a few days and it was that the mobile number I was using and the mobile number that was registered for my card was different. I'm glad this problem got remedied and as such I'm changing the rating.
This app is a failure. Can't log in with the credentials that I usually use on the online portal. Also the online portal is down. Bmobile come better than that.
Cannot log onto the app but can log onto the online portal, says password is wrong, but I'm using the same password online and getting in

Highly dissatisfied. This is a clear case is "I don't want to spend money and time for something good" Look at Flow's mobile app and emulate it. This is garbage
This app is a waste of time, first it does not remember me, I have to put in the same log in information every time I go to log on. Secondly I am not getting any kind of information regarding my account , it is just a waste of time.
the app haven't been working properly for 2 weeks now. everytime I log in to the app and try to access my Visa wallet, the app says to try back later. its frustrating π‘
Trying to see my account and balance nothing... This app is a waste of time!! 0 starts for bmobile!!! If I could only put a zero rating but I can't...
Why do you have to sign out in order to close the app? Very annoying, especially since the remember me feature does not work.

Does not show account balance for prepaid customers. If it doesn't work for prepaid customers stop advertising the app to us

How do I pay my wifi less internet bill from the app because the landline and internet option is a 12 digit account number and my account number is only 11 on my bill

Please do not waste your time downloading this app. Defeats the whole purpose, unless it's purpose is to waste time. Nope, no different rating. Firstly, even though I click "remember me" it doesn't. Secondly, I still am unable to see my last bill balance, so I don't know how much to pay. I just ended up paying on my laptop.
