This application is designed to be used with the BMPRO SmartSense sensor. The application can measure the LPG propane level to tell you the exact fill level and when your tank is empty. It can be used on tanks found in RVs, heaters, BBQ grills, etc. The SmartSense sensors are magnetically stuck to the bottom of your propane tank and will periodically measure and wirelessly send the fill level or percentage to the Tank Check app. Stick it on the bottom of your tank and know exactly when you are running low on propane! This technology is patent pending.
Usage:
1. To pair your SmartSense sensor to the phone, simply press the "Sync" button on the back of the sensor while the app's main screen is visible. The first time you use your SmartSense sensor you must press the "Sync" button 5 times in a row in order to wake up the sensor.
2. Place the SmartSense sensor in the center of the underside of the tank. Most tanks have a small "flat" spot on the center and this is the nominal location for the sensor.
3. Flip the tank over. Once the fluid has settled the app will display a reading. Note that the LPG fluid will be sloshing around in the tank for a few minutes and the quality of the measurements will be low until this has stabilized.

Been using it for few months now. Much better than pouring hot water on the side of the gas bottle. Pretty accurate sensor too. Give it couple of minutes to recalibrate when moving to another bottle. The app is simple and intuitive. Love it!
The sensor is literally as big as a business card, the app gives pretty accurate info on the gas levels and sends a reminder. Simple but effective!
No more guessing how much gas we have left. Instantly know how much you have before you run out. Works a treat and the app will monitor multiple sensors. Too easy.
So handy!! Took out the guesswork on knowing how much gas left. Loved the accuracy and I could have SmartSense on multiple bottles all from one app

Initially i was having trouble with the 'quality'feature,was showing 1 or no stars and the notification kept showing on app, 'sensor in wrong position or bottle empty',it had to be the former,dont really know why however spinning the sensor around so it lined up with gas outlet fixed it. Very accurate, can show slightly more if bottle is in sun as lpg expands with heat. Great device, simple user friendly app, highly recommended.
