This was really good when i took the connection, but now it does not work , cannot view any details cannot pay online , now i don't even know how many GB i have used and how much is left for the month nothing, such a horrible aap, now one new thing i cant even log into my account it says user details invalid or not found what the hell, is the developer looking into all this issues ?? when so many people are raising complain why is it still not been fixed i don't understand, some one please fix all these issues soon.
I don't like to give even 1 star rating for this. Zee broad band is using this application. They were very humble until you get their connection. Their charges varies than they showed or explained to you. If you wanted to disconnect your connection they will inform you that they will refund your money after collecting the modem. Once they received the modem from your thats all... You will loose all your money... Don't and never trust these guys..
Worst App I have ever seen.. Even Renewal won't properly... Worst worst worst worst customer service I have ever seen.. (Wifi is good but all other supports are wasteeee)
While renewing my plan there was no option to move forward to the payment page...now Iam unable to renew my plan and I am in the middle of my working hours with no internet connection...remove the bug in the app so the users can renew their plan anytime....
Kindly fix major bugs atleast. Has the renew page but proceed button is not available. Don't know how to recharge.
Pretty much useless here in chennai, im getting very high pings ranging from 1k-10k and 100 packet loss while playing games with th3 100 mbps plan. The service guy doesnt intentionally pick up the call whenever i call from my number, when i try from my friends number he picks up and says that he'll come in 30 mins and never shows up. Wish I could give these retards 0 star.
I'm not able to pay for my connection/ renew online as a customer, every time I've to call agent and they delay the recharge. Viewing Remaining data and all is visible and easy to use.
Online renewal option is not available yet. App ui is not good. Broadband connection speed and reliability is very good.
VERY WORST APK.....unable to do online recharge and its doesn't provide any recharge information properly and no option to give any queries and it's totally wasted

Revert back the pie chart data visualization which was not available in the recent update. Try to improve the UI.
I had recharged for a speed of 100 MBPS, but I'm only receiving a speed of 10MBPS with 2.4GHZ... also while in a game especially PUBG I'm getting Server error... reconnect... request time out...etc 😨😖 Not even a speed of 100 KBPS Even My router is dual band with 5GHZ Please fix ASAP Router - TL -WR841N ISP - BMS LIMRAS ERONET
We want to recharge by using application only ,. We don't want to contact persons for everytime and they are taking more time for activating ... Can u please look into that issue ...then it will be more useful for us .
The application is not at all opening. If it is not opening, then what it'll do? Making mockery. It doesn't look good for internet service provider. Better, withdraw it from play store.
Internet always disconnecting for no particular reason, very poor customer service.. you should wait for more than 30-40 mins to register a compliant... I would recommend any other network services.. don't choose limras they don't care
This app makes no sense. You can not view anything on the app. I'm not sure what the developers were thinking before launching the app officially. Haven't you guys heard of beta testing that's done before making an app available for the consumer?? Please remove the app and make it available only after you make sure that people can view the information and renew the subscription.

Cannot renew online. And when this is a prepaid connection, if you do not use for 2months and try to recharge they ask for additional charges as Rs500 stating as penalty ... This is loot!
I was using this net since 2016, when I am trying to close my connection the poor management didn't close my connection not refunding my amount. After repeat followup for four months they still not trying refund my amount. suggest u not take connection...

Online payment mode need and need self password change method . Update app .. It has too many lagging while Log in . Design the app into another method .it is not user friendly🥴

Very worst service provider, there's is no support from customer and management side, I was chasing for connection more than 20 days, they has been asking double installation charges that also compared with other network is double the cost. In my area franchise is very worst provider(GUDUVACHERY).
