Terrible set up, the QR scanner does not work at all, so have to type a very long string into a tiny box. Does eventually install and generates a code, so one star for that.
Worked fine until I replaced my phone. Code would not scan. After a manual installation it worked for two days. No amount of reinstalling corrects the problem. It is a brilliant app whe it works.
It worked before but I now got xxxxxxxxxxx on my screen when I open it, I can't see the numbersa at all, just symbols or some kind of wrong encoding. I have tried reinstall but no luck. please help.
Very poorly written does not automatically ask for control of the camera, you have to know how to do that yourself. Probably ported from an iPhone by someone who doesn't know the first thing about Android.
All you have to Do is Give the app Permissions to Your Camera . .to get the QR scanner to work .. Pity the app itself cant request access on Installation ? :-O
Worked perfectly until the last android update...now is totally unusable! Any plans to sort this ?

BMS Token is frozen
Poorly designed user experience. You need a magnifying glass to see the tiny text and box to fill in; no good at all for anyone with the slightest sight problems. Completely unresponsive developer and updates so infrequent it breaks just through sheer age. I guess it does the security part, but as users have no say in whether to use it, the developer doesn't care.
Update makes this work on nexus 4 KitKat os. However the qrcode scan is very iffy and it took 20 attempts before code was picked up by this app. Luckily with the option of pin i will not need to keep scanning the code. The same code was instantly read by qr code reader app.
Android 9 Pie update - App now crashes since Google have updated the Pixels to Android 9. Have emailed the developers.
Slow to update with new Android OS updates. Good luck using your work VPN!
Works OK, but could really do with improved QR scan (didn't work at all for me) and better scaling for HiDPI (at most 1/3 of screen is used on QHD display).
This is great but everything is so small on my Samsung S6 Edge. Please can you look into fixing this?
Has stopped working since android software update

Terrible app, it has one function and it doesn't even do that properly. After the latest Android update none of the text, including the code is not longer showing.. instead I get boxes with x inside. If I can't even see the code it generates then it makes this app redundant.
