- Live-Tracking of up to 10 Inline Skating or running athletes
- Detailed maps about exhibitors and offers at the Expo BERLIN VITAL Fall 2017
- The interactive HERE course map holds multiple information. A notification will inform you about their release. A re-installation of the app won’t be necessary if update it excecuted correctly.NOTESA few features such as the tracking service require an Internet connection. Especially in crowded areas, mobile reception cannot always be guaranteed.

Doesn't work. Newly installed. Once opened, whether I select Partcipant or Visitor, it asks to download the data. If I select download, it downloads the 300+ files and then does nothing. If I select "No" it immediately does nothing. I have downloaded the data twice. Pretty disappointing.
The app doesn't update... The countdown doesn't work. It's impossible to connect with my registration number... The app seems pretty useless to me... Berlin Marathon is one of the 6 world's majors... There should be a way to have an app which works...
gets to 32k then nothing.Looks like app ok, powers that be started to clear route from about 1500 (local time) and closed the finish line at about 1630 so anyone after that may not have a finish time or cert. pissup and brewery.
The obligatory update that's required to first use the app won't load, rendering the app useless. I see in the comments below that the developer "doesn't know which update we're talking about", even though it's clear as day. This utterly incompetent developer team should be fired.
It just does not work . You need to add updates once you want to use it . It will not download them so the app does not work . Silly to need updates that has just been downloaded
App will not update. Lot of people flew from around the world to be there for their loved ones running. This ruins that for everyone. Uninstall did not change anything. Added 2 stars because update finally began working the day of the race.
Berlin Marathon official app. What a failure. No way to check times when leaders and peloton are at particular time (approx) so supporters can adjust timing. Please check Poznan Maraton online map to compare how poor is Berlin's maraton map. Unbelievable.
downloaded the all this morning and it promoted me ti update and load for new data but it has never git successful and it kept showing me error. what should I do please? and my homepage doesn't show anything else apart 2 clickable icons : participant and visitor.
I want to install this app on my tablet but the only option being given to me is on my old unused phone. Very long winded and disappointing process, not straightforward at all :( Please streamline the download!
Unable to log in using my registration ID just a login failed message. Countdown clock also currently not working. App is clearly not working as of yet.
Cannot get app to work to follow son and daughter running. Tells me to download data but does nothing else. No other options available.
The app keeps on closing before you can have a look at anything! Shame as I wanted to review what my time was this year.

Won't update! First thing it asks you when you install is to update but it won't update!!! Can't even use it. Grrrr

This app only works if you are in Europe. Otherwise it will not load
This app is not working. When I opened the app it asked me to choose wether I am a participant or visitor, after choosing the app will try to update but it always ended with a "error updating" notification. I've tried more than twenty times, installed and uninstalled the app several times but still no result.
