Wish the app would keep you logged in instead of logging you out every time. The app is easy to use, easy to install, let's you easily set up and arrange your devices. If it can't be made to keep you logged in like it use to it needs to be able to use biometric data.

Controls the light switches and (I suppose) other B-N devices OK. Does not handle Daylight Saving Time changes in USA. I have to reset schedule on each switch Spring and Fall.

Location Doesn't Work. Map is always blank and can't choose any location. Anyone have a solution? My location is allowed on this app. Update: It now sees my city but no map still

Was able to connect to Alexa but not Goggle. Can't find where to connect to WIFI. I changed to a new WIFI and now nothing works. This new app is a pain in the B---

The physical devices work well for their value, however the lack of development and support for the app is disappointing and makes me worry about how long my BN-Link devices will be useful.

I have to find a use for more BN products! They are the best connection and reliable outdoor wifi I have found .

Requires location permissions to add a smart socket. Why? The other SmartLife app makes that optional so I use it instead.

Needs to be reconfigured to fit the screen of newer phones. Doesn't work on my galaxy fold.

Does not work. Can't login, can't receive SMS. If you recently bought any product from this brand, return it asap.

suspicious, why they are asking for location and also we have to enter or wifi password. i haven't seen asking these questions.

It says that it works with Alexa and Google Assistant but it doesn't.

Remote wifi switch. Works great.

works with Google great, but doesn't work with alexa.

If I could figure out how to use these anyone can! They are awesome.

Stupid add user function. Says user does not exist and no instructions about how and where to create a user
