Need to improve on the cheque deposit part. There is no option to crop the image which results in rejection of cheque due to poor image quality. It was working fine in the older version. Request to kindy rectify the error.
Very useful app. It would be better if adding additional account is left optional rather than displaying all the accounts that a user has.
Most of the time network issue! Have to re-install the app even when there's no updates!
The app has been so much helpful to me as it provides with the fast transfer of funds and simultaneously, one of its features provide greatest aid in recharging in data run-out .. Hope to see new latest features in future that would become even more helpful to us.
Lots of problems, I prefer mbob over mpay. Some of the problems I face are: 1. After proforming any task like balance inquiary or fund transfer when I press back button to main menu the app stops responding, 2. Many times while transferring funds, the transaction gets incomplete, main balance get deducted but the receiver doesn't get in his account... etc
Interface of new version is too dramatically different from old one, can't find features easily & many bugs and annoyances... eg + Too many steps needed to make a payment (eg How many people make QR payment by scanning vs a saved photo?) + missing a summary screen for payment/transfer details befofe entering PIN to check before confirming payment (mBOB has it) + keeps crashing when trying the pay internet bill.
Useful to view our current balance and transfer. But, it's frustrating that it lacks feature like requesting for account transaction details unlike BOB app which has those required features. we can only see 5 transaction, that too without much detail. Not being able to know our account transaction without physically going to bank negates the real benefit of having the app.
Yes BNB mpay has gone far far better than earlier version. But I would like to suggest to add feature to receive OTP in our registered email also not only in phone, because when we are outside Bhutan we cannot sign in into our account without the OTP. Thank you and want hear it as soon as possible from Bhutan National Bank.
It's good but after some time the app needs to be updated and even after being updated the app still shows the notification of having to update. So even after updating I can't use the app and have to delete the app and install it again. I have done this for two times. Otherwise it's all good
When we recharge, the app fails to autogenerate the contacts from the device. Rest 👍
my phone broke down and when i reinstall it in a new phone i have to wait for OPT. and the otp never arrives neither in your sms nor in your email.
It will be more comfortable if you all could make offline service too because sometime we have to stay where we cannot connect to internet.we are waiting for that service
There was a notification telling me to update the app. I updated it and later I couldn't even open it and one thing the app keeps on telling me to update it. Hope u helpe with this issues.
If you could kindly add feature to close our RD/FD premature through app also like mBOB has.
Easy to use. Only draw back of this app is its not showing sender account no. I would recommend BNB to work on it so that customer can easily makeout from which acc they have made payment.
Tried to update more than 20 times. Uninstalled and installed again, but nothing works. It is quite embarrassing to return all the goods that you have put in the basket because the app does not work.
Just knows how to vanish money. Doesn't work properly with other banks. Where the hell is the money going? It debits from my account but the receiver doesn't credits. How many people would have fallen to such traps. The money is never returned even after taking with the banks. Need to really upgrade.
It's good .... Well made but the scanning must be made to avail the service ..and while we send the money from BNB to BOB, the money is not transfer to other bank. It needs to improve la... Overall the BNB app is superb .... Thanks for bringing such initiatives to the nation.
It is taking forever to get OTP. Its been a week and still I am waiting for OTP. Than I have started using mbob which is pretty good than Mpay. I would urge people to use mbob because we cannot use mpay once we uninstall it.

Awesome app so far. However, we can't shop online in Bhutan as credit card is not applicable for all citizens. You can come up with such services where money can be deducted from our account if we shop.
This app has made my life very convenient. It would be great if the beneficiary name is shown especially when transfer is being made to other banks than BNB. However I cant complain. Great service👍Thank you BNB
Easy to use and very helpful. But BNB should make the name of the recipient visible during transaction, so that sender can verify that we are sending to the right acc holder.
Why did BNB changed the option of having to see our loan balance from mpay? In the previous version, we have the option to know our own loan balance but this updated version doesn't have?? Confused
Need to look up why there is problem in tansfer from BNB to BoB as a whole. Need to workout on it. Fingerprint login and premature closure of RD and other related. Overall fair apps.
Where does the money even go lmao ,you transfer it to someone through it and they never receive it but it's debited from our accounts. It's frustrating that we keep losing money this way
Why hesitate to give 5 stars when all this app is worth more than that!!!
