doesn't wanna work half the time at like 12 a.m. every single morning it gives incorrect bank balance then it logs you out and says the stuff is incorrect as well.

Goodbye meager banking app, I'll probably not miss you because you had very limited options! Hopefully the new one will have more diverse and cohesive features. As a farewell from all customers, why don't we all post our old online ID's, passwords and social security numbers? I'll go first! If it's no longer active then why is it still on the Google Play Store for download?

I'd give it 5 stars but now i have to give it 1 star It's now saying app is no longer active. Whats going on?

I used this app while it was BNC, IT WORKED AWESOME THEN. Since the switch to Pinnacle (Pinnacle bought out BNC) it says my log in information is incorrect, while I know it is right. I'm very upset about it, I have been using this app for over a year now and all the sudden I can't even log in? Guess I'll be uninstalling soon.

This is a new version of the APP that is NOT as easy to use as the one I had been using on this ANDROID for well over a year. At the Google Play Store, I clicked the "Update All" button as I usually do every 6 weeks or so and it updated for the very first time since I installed it over a Year ago... It is no longer as easy to quickly check my transactions by just glancing at the page and to see if a transaction was at a local business or online, I now have to actually Click said transaction for it to "Pop Up" in a separate display. Also, any Transfer between my accounts will not display until the next Business Day. On top of this, any Deposit (such as my Veterans Administration Disability and Social Security Disability) will no longer show that they were posted until well within the next Business Day; any Debit to my accounts shows instantly. Not knowing the exact amount of finances that I have available at any given time is disheartening, to say the least... Also, for this entire day I have been trying to Sign In without success and get the following message: "Sign in Failed - We're sorry but we've encountered an unexpected error." Why did I rate this APP with only 2 Stars? Because it doesn't deserve 3 and because I'm being rediculously generous. Bank of North Carolina, take some advice: If it AIN'T broke, DON'T fix it!

This app malfunctions more than any I have used. It regularly does not recognition our passwords and locks us out. I big problem when banking. Have called and complained but no one seems interested !

App was fine at first but now every time you try to log in it gives an error message and some long code.

Won't open anymore. Always errors. Time for an update!!!!

This redesigned app is leaps n bounds better than the previous incarnation for making mobile deposits (which is my primary use of the app for when customers pay me by check). I also bank with Ally and had wished BNC had as good of a mobile app as Ally Bank... now they do! HTC One (M8) - Android 6.0

Galaxy S5 java error when selecting deposit

Love it very easy and fast

Ok so it shows I have 1500 available balance, but there is only 500 in my account. How is that even remotely possible. Second, you will transfer money between accounts, but doesn't reflect until next day. Very bad app if you rely on consistency with your money.
