Awful app. Always asking to confirm email after entering correct password. Then it goes on to ask security questions and then locks you out even though you answered correctly. Now I have to contact the bank to get this fixed. Unbelievably frustrating!

BNC continues to kick me off and for security blocks my account. Currently have to call bank for my balance.

Dreadful app. Closed my account cause its so user unfriendly. Worst app ever in banking!!!! Constantly had to change username and password.... stupid!!!!!
It's so hard to use, that I'll be closing my account, and finding a bank with an app that works well. Wells Fargo app is amazing.

Locking me out still
Keeps telling me that my password is not correct when it is correct, until it locks me out. Not impressed

For the most part it works wonderful on the cell phone; however, anytime I try to use it on my tablet it constantly keep refreshing itself which, unfortunately doesn't give me a chance to actually open the account. Also it feels a little dated, most other banking applications will let you see if you have any funds coming into the account a day or two before it drops however this one doesn't. I have more to add but I'm running out of space. 2.5/5
