On the rare occasions when the app works, it stinks. Circa 2008 design and lack of overall usability makes this app a near complete waste of time. Unfortunately they went paperless to be green but put the absolute minimum effort in to develop the app all while raising our membership dues. clearly management was pocketing the difference. Did you want to punch me in the stomach when I renew too? You might as well at this point, thanks!
Most of time app login is very irritated one. Entering the app very difficult. Kindly change user friendly.
Basic functions are all good.. but there are bugs.. must be reviewed and made more easy and better
Usefulness of the Application is amazing but User Experience of the Application is horrible. Especially Search Engine to find a member from other Region or Cross Chapter is the worst App crashes lots of times Even though I'd have submitted 1-2-1/Referral, TYFCB, etc. It wouldn't have accepted it and then I've to re-enter it multiple times Lot of bugs, it's not a stable Application
If this ap is REQUIRED to be used as a PRIMARY TOOL it needs to function. I am unable to sign in. I know my username and password work because I can log into access BNI connect and university through both my desktop and laptop. I am not going to jump through hoops and reset my password everytime I am suposed to use this app. This is suposed to streamline and make member tasks efficient but this app has done nothing but waste valuable time and use up resources on my phone. I am uninstalling it.
This is the most expensive app I have ever had and in the 2 months I have been using it I am am Extremely disappointed!! Before the so called overhaul it closed as soon as it opened. And now it is doing it again, just when I need it most! Zero tech support as well!!
it only loads successfully about 50% of the time. When it does load, it glitches a lot. I have had to re-install it multiple times.The overall organization of the app is fine. BNI is great, but this app needs work.
I am not able to login to this app. It hangs there once I type the user name & password. I have tried installation/uninstallation few times. And tried installing on other phone but no success. I am able to login from Desktop browser using same UN/PW. What could be the issue? Please advise how to take care of this issue.
I'm not able to login from past 1 week it shows server is offline..! I have re-installed app several times but again it shows the same problem.! Please help me out.
Working basic functions are ok... Need additional functions too and if possible; it would be better if it can be done region specific. 1. New members once listed on the system should get SMS to download BNI Connect app on registered mobile number and the email to go with user id and password too. 2. Membership Renewal notifications and online payments + renewal applications etc. 3. PALMS notifications; especially Absenteeism 4. Monthly chapter vs member specific traffic lights notifications generated and highlighted on the welcome screen of the app 5. Past meeting statistics and visitor list with their sponsors name should be added somewhere for quick reference Can think of many more functions and data to be available on this app to make best out of it for every member
Unable to see how much TYFCB is given to others in reference whereas only reporting for the one you have got is there. Big feature missing from the new connect app, hugely disappointed.

Response: I served as Vice President of my chapter during the rollout of BNI Connect Mobile, even when updating the VP Report on a bi weekly basis it still REGULARLY takes 10-15 days to have all the information updated from the app to the BNI Connect Profile.
horrible app. Shows I logged in 14 days ago. Typed password. It wouldn't accept it. Reset password and even with new one, it still won't let me in. members can't find me either to send referrals
Can be improved more Trainings registration should be available in the app itself and also testimonial posting
Keeps crashing every time I Tey and log anything. 30TH DEC 21 still does not allow log in despite the change of password, uninstall reinstall... I hear many people are having the same issue ' is there an update on this?
so far it's a piece of junk. can't login even after verifying logged out of desktop version. changed password and it works on desktop but not Android. Pathetic to not have it solved by now, time to redirect some of our dues money to make the tech work!

Please rectify the world search option. Every time I go back to search results. It removes all the filters and scrolls to the first member on the list.
Great app. It would be awesome if they could add in regional search, to make it easier to give cross chapter referrals.

Hello, trying to add one to one for cross chapter, it shows person if I search. But when I click / select person, it doesn't go back to window of one to one. Pls help
Very slow app. Interface is terrible. Connectivity options are very limited.
Since update on 13/5 app starts loading and crashing. Tried uninstalling and still no joy. Previously worked fine on Hauwei p30 pro. Please fix. Thanks
This app constantly freezes or doesn't work properly half the time. CEU entries never record properly in my experience. ie: If you try and add 2 ceu it will only show 1. Another time I added in 7 at the same time after a long day of literally counting them and the app would flip flop it between 1, 3, 5 but never the initial 7 I entered in. When it works it works great but be aware of constant server updates conveniently happening right before my weekly meeting or during. Very frustrating.
