BNI TapCash Go

Good only for balance checking and usage history checking. Always failed when updating balance. DO NOT try to topup your Tapcash balance via BNI mobile/internet banking and update via this app. Believe me, I've lost several thousands because of this issue.

Lost money between BNI mobile and this useless app. Looks like it hasn't been fixed despite multiple bad reviews. Really putting a lot of burden on your customers to have to call the Hotline and get the money back.

There is error update failed. There is message 'Attempt to invoke method int java.util.List.size() on a null Object refence.

The menu update balance is not working, always get failed connection reset.... Not helping zzzzz

You just keep on Stealing my Money! I tried to update my balance after topping up via BNI Mobile and there was no incoming balance even though my money had been transferred. This doesn't just happen once or twice, but very often. If you can't make the right application, it's better to JUST DELETE THIS USELESS APP from PlayStore.

Bad decision to update. Top up for 100k and the balance is not updated. Lost 100K and I thought it was only me and when I read many complaint it seems like a scam trying to steal money from the consument. I already contact BNI call center, and contact person was very nice and willing to help and to update the ballance. But until now almost two months the ballance is not updated.

It's reaaallly difficult to update the balance, I tried many times, but it said "failed" or "no new balance". So, I gave up and let my money gone. This was frustrating somehow when you're in a hurry. Please fix this.

have experienced update balance failure 3 times. the app really need a fix on the balance update function. it is too unreliable as the sequence of top-up from mobile banking app, read initial balance on this app, and update new balance on this app must succeed on the first try or it will not succeed at all. you will need to call BNI call center, then wait for up to 7 working days and update your balance every now and then to check if it's already solved or not.

I have to change my first comment, this app is good for first initial usage, but after that, this app has very poor quality, I have topped up from Mobile Banking, but when I want to update balance, the app said "No New Balance". how can my money back ? I hope the problem will be resolved or if can't, please deactivate this app.

I lost 250k because of failed top ups. If this app not ready yet to be launched, dont launch it to the public. I hope OJK will see this

If I was trying to transfer cash to the card and I forgot to change to update balance and stuck the card to the back of the phone the cash would disappear and not be transferred. It happened to me more than 5 times and I lost more than 200.000IDR. Fix it!

Just use this application. it is not working as supposed to be. I have transfered 100k to my tap cash account. but the balance cannot be updated. i will try to update from atm. if not.. i will sent my complaint to bni customer support. very not recommended and unready apps. dont bother to install this for your convenience.

I'll never use this app ever again. It keeps stealing my money and everytime i had submitted a complaint, they kept telling us to contact cust. service for a refund. I mean you guys made this app so we could hv a convenient-easy transaction otherwise it's useless.

Update balance always fail, i've tried in many cards

Maybe 8 out of 10 times I tried to top up and update my balance, it failed and the money is lost and i have to contact customer care, which is also tortuous and annoying. Isn't there any way to fix this?

Really bad experience using this app I Top-Up 200K but my saldo not updated. And from many review they also have same problem. Looks like this bank didn't want to solve this problem. They really wants to lose their customers

Balance update not working, bad apps.

Very bad, it's stole my money so many times since it can't update the balance, the transaction keep pending as well, even though i use atm already for updating it. Tried to contact the CS and they say to come to the Bank as if this pandemic condition allow it

Try to top up the balance for 100k rupiah but it said no balance to be updated. Compare to other bank when it comes to top up, this app is lot worse. I wonder if we are in a hurry, this app will not help at all. It will only cause us a hard time since we have to go to cust officer in the office to claim it.

Very bad apps. Even I use other electronic money by NFC at my mobile, it clear enough that taps cash bni is very risky to lose money. Almost total 400.000 idr lost. Update balance you need excelence signal and focus. Update balance very very easy at mandiri e money. I hope BNI can improve and see how good mandiri e money update at NFC mobile. I am very dispointed with BNI TAP CASH

I have bought new credits for my tapcash 3 times. Each time I tried to update my balance, it always says no new balance to update. I complained to 150046, they said they will look it, but I never heard from BNI again. I still don't get my money on my tapcash.

Check and update balance works and useful already, but the transaction history show 1 last transaction and 1 other random transaction. It will be great if the transaction history show 10 last transaction, 50 last transaction even better.

This app very poor, i try top up tap cash in mibile banking BNI my transaction is success but can not update balance in my tap cash. I using nfc but still no balance. BNI steal my money?????? I send my email but not respond for all email

Good app, just tested top up and update my balance perfectly according to apps description. Maybe on historical transaction should make better improvement. So from now on, no need to rushing again to the nearest atm, thanks.

Weird, i can't top up my TapCash card using debit card. Everytime I'm doing top up, the app crashes. Please fix this bug...

the app isnt working, when i try to tap my card using nfc to see my account balance, it always shows the warning like "close the app or try again"
