The app runs well, but there are small caveats, for example no login with Android biometrics, forcing me to put in the 6 digit PIN every single time, simply because my phone has an iPhone-type face scanner instead of a fingerprint scanner. Simply that knocks two stars off the rating.
Not the worst banking app but not the best by any stretch. It would benefit from some tweaks. Consider adding a card section to freeze and unfreeze the bank card. Enable copy and paste mode, very annoying that I have to add details manually into the description box when making a transfer when I have the details already on my phone. The interface could be more intuitive with a better flow arrangement. Hope to see better builds soon...
There is an issue when using this app in the English language. When I try to transfer 1800 PLN, the app reads it as 18,00 PLN. The same thing happens when I filter my transactions by amounts over, for example, 10.000. The app interprets it as 10,00. I have to change my Android system language to polish and then it works fine. I informed BNP about this issue over a year ago before the new version of the app, and I'm disappointed to see that such a basic and simple issue still has not been solved.
No BLIK payments to others also each update makes more mess and unnecessary things are added than making it easier to navigate.
works smoothly and that's it. after transferring from the old app to the new one, some useful functionalities were completely removed. it is not possible to make a currency transfer. it is not possible to exchange currencies. cannot download confirmations... and today I faced an error. the case is - I can not pay because field name is required, but field is blocking for editing.
Not would you expect from banking app in 2019 and poor comparing to competitive banks - no contactless payments - no recurrent payments - no ability to pay for public transportation - no ability to save beneficiaries, so every time you have to manually input everything from scratch. As a result the app is able to do only basics, so I have to keep account in other bank just to use modern banking app and do not spend my time on things which are automated ages ago in other banks.

The last update is not working. The app ask continuously to upgrade, even if it's already on the last version. Please fix. Is not useable at the moment, it takes the user in a loop between the app and play store.
Decent app, had some intermittent log-in issues last year but now its great. Really like the additional information when sending money through the app, like when will the payment most likely reach the recipient, and how much money is left on the account if I send it. Great update!
Transfer function doesn't show all accounts while in desktop version you can transfer from any account. Go travel option is also missed. The most awful bank app I've ever used. Will consider to change the bank because of the app experience.
Several last days authorization doesn't work at all. Awful.. Talked with support. Since 06.2020 application should be reinstalled and reactivated. Looks like we clients should be informed about that reactivation before app update will be installed.
Overall great. Would be nice to add a "copy account number" function upon long tap on the number.
Current iteration is one of the best banking apps released in Poland. Minimalistic and well thought-out functional design, stability, aesthetics. Keep up the good work!
Error regarding log in was fixed within a day, I wish I was notified, especially after being told it will take up to a week, but still good job on the fix.
It's a big letdown after Raiffeisen Bank takeover by Paribas.. Only thing this app is good for is buying bus tickets. No way to check card surges in realtime, no currency converter, lag it's just a tip of the iceberg.
a lot of problems all the time, recently I could not login for a whole day. also you can't do blik transfers with phone number and that's a big downgrade. probably gonna change bank soon because of those issues
After latest update every time I open the app, it prompts me to upgrade to latest version, although I'm already using the latest one. Please fix
It's uncomfortable to must reinstall app all the time . Why I can't confirm transaction by my fingerprint ? In ing it's works, so why here is impossible?

Blik to transfer mobile number is not listed in the application, as soon as you see my feedback please update it, without it app is useless...
2 factor authenticator method in thr mobile app, after change from SMS to app is not working. App is trying to process this, but cannot finish the operation.

Very slow process for service. I am not able to receive 3d code and waiting time is so long. I am using local Poland number.
Can't open a bank account. It asks me for a phone number, enter the SMS code, then my name and email, and it takes me back to asking me for the phone number again. Infinite loop.

Scammers!! Worst service I ever experienced! They blocked my card with all my money on it without even trying to reach out to me with an explanation! IT'S BEEN A WEEK SINCE MY CARD IS BLOCKED AND NOBODY HAS EVER RETURNED A CALL TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON! NEVER TRUST YOUR MONEY TO THEM!
