Unit allot after 6 days from purchase date. Finger print not working in this app.
Poor application. Quite often hangs. Asking me to update then does not do anything. Then select later it starts working but when you start update of your profile at FATCA it hangs as appilcation not responding. Great.....
Nice app. Easy to operate.
app not working, it keeps prompting to update, but no update available in app store. and unable to invest it keeps showing bug unable to change folio
While downloading statement it is showing on those transaction which have done through apps only. Even not showing which time duration, you want download the statement. Every time showing updating message but nothing to update.
Worst App. Its like a bad salesman always coming at you with stuff like your profile is incomplete (even after you complete it fully) or update the app (right after you install it for the first time! )
I am new investor and had made 6 attempts to try to purchase the new FOF thru SIP on the portal first and then on tha app, but seeing the shoddy tech infrastructure where even the OTP does not come , decided to stay away
NOT ABLE TO UPLOAD CHQ COPY IN MY PROFILE. EVERY TIME GETTING LOG OUT AUTOMATICALY. Camera is not open while upload chq copy. Why app is asking photocopy of chq while providing all banking detail.
Worst app, does not permit you to login. Even though you enter the correct password, says Invalid username/ password
Buy transactions fails frequently. It is very tough and time taking to get units alotted after money is debited. Email are not replied. Avoid such funds.
Wrost AMC app. None am have this kind of low quality software system. This app keep asking to update data Instead of updating Not able to upload images

Company wasted money on developing useless app. The app is not accepting otp while registering. Always shows enter correct otp. Please test app before deploying or remove it permanently

Instead of entering correct password nd even after resetting password...it shows incorrect password..nt accepting the password received on mail too...useless app
Useless app. In spite of updatimg all the details it is asking repeatedly to update again and again. Very irritating.
Hopeless app, was looking to buy funds, but after their app experience decided never to invest, company which can't make app user friendly and bug free how can I trust my money is safe with them

Very cumbersome it need improvement . It is only for AMC not for investors, you can as many units but no option given to sell .

Company is not interested in promoting through app. They want people to buy mutual fund from other source where they can get commissions.
There is no update but asking everytime to upgrade the app.
Update popup comes all the time

Doesn't work properly
Even after enabling biometric authentication, the app refuses to allow me to use fingerprint authentication, it asks me to login using user id and password. Please fix the bug.
