Its quite are agood app,i wish u can add the access to the dollar account( usd) on the app

I have tried accessing my account using the app and it keeps telling to update it. I don't know what they mean by "update the app" because as far as I can remember, it's all I have been doing. The app is meant to simplify things for us, avoid lining up at the bank etc but it's quite annoying when you have to go the bank to fix an app that's meant to keep you away from the Bank!!! Honestly this app is wack and makes me want to switch to another Bank. I'm going to stick to *246# Since it's faster
This is one really amazing App. As long long as it is up to date and the system is working, you can be sure it will definitely work. And, I've been able to access it even out of th country. Keep it up BOA.
I am unable to transact as it keep saying Network Error despite having data on my phone. I get very frustrated using this App. Bank of Africa needs to do more with this App to improve it's performance especially in the area of internet connectivity. It seems to work ok on WiFi though.
BOA there is charge just to login, there is a another charge just to check balance and other transactions. Meanwhile the app keeps timing out on reasons such as network and session it you are still charged. Same thing as the USSD. You really need to look into this.
I don't understand why we have to be charged while using the app to check balance, please make adjustments on the app in a way that the account balance visible at the homepage like apps of the other Banks are.. it makes no sense to be charged for just knowing my account balance. Kindly also work on the graphics of the app
Have updated the app but apparently I can't even login keeps saying wrong password yet when I use the*246#option I access my account. Since the app is not working let them stop sending us updates which don't open. It's very disappointing.

Am.out of the country but am trying to access the app it's giving me information to update am stuck what could be the issue. I need details about my account. I suggested for this app to atleast make a follow up on any deposits and transactions made but it's all in vain, I never expected this to happen just thought could have access whenever I needed information about it my account, actually you should come up and update us on what is going on other than making us upset for real, so am in a mes
Well, I uninstalled and reinstalled it immediately today because it hasn't been responding gir a week now. It's not opening at all. I can't access my account as of now however much I restart and or shut down my phone and much as my pin and ID number are as accurate as ever. It's sacking!
if any one get force update again and again means,dont update immediately ... First try to do below steps Head to Settings Then, tap on the Apps (Now, enable a filter that shows System Apps) Tap on the Download Manager Now, select Storage Then, tap on the Clear data and Clear cache, and you’re done. Now try to update, Please try this ,it will work Thanks,
Hello BOA, the App looks good. However, it can only work when you connect to Wifi. I have tried to use it using my mobile data bundles but it doesn't login. Any suggestions to wards the issue. Thanks
It's been convenient, I run my banking from anywhere in the world. Hope the 11th March 2021 update will surely clear the server error login issue previously. And I can't wait to enjoy more self service features added.
It's really too hard for us who work aboard to save our money using Mobile wallet,,,, it requests for update!... I don't really understand..
App was working well on Android 9 Pie but ever since I upgraded to Android 10, it refuses to open. It says "sorry for the inconvenience, we can't serve you at this time"
I find the service inconviniencing, needs you to have internet to use, and alternative also require airtime to use, feels like double taxing since the transactions are not free either.
Have been using the app since 2018, however it has failed to run on my android since I made an update, on trying to re install, I get a message that it can't run. Please advise latest update is giving App Error, urgently advise
I can't log in because the app keeps asking for updates that i can't even find a way to do. BOA its high time you get up on the game, this is inconveniencing. For some of us who can't even visit the physical banks. What is the way forward?. No one seems to even attend to the reviews.
Worst app ever, very inefficient. When ever there is an update the app fails to login. Tired of going to the banking hall every time to reset the pins. Sick and tired,!!! And now it's saying am nor registered to access a the service! Are you kidding me?
It worked well for a few weeks but it's been over two months it does not let me log in. They told me fine just need to update but it still stopped. Guess I will have to go and get help from the bank.
this app makes me sick, whenever i try to log in, it tells me to enter the digits sent on my phone, when i get back to get the sent digits, i have again to start afresh, so making me to stay in the same cycle over and over. very disappointed
The app is really good . It has many functionalities, I don't need to visit the branches anymore.
