I really like sitting rather than standing on a scooter, I can use this to run to the grocery store. Of course they do get pretty beat up because people are just trash, so they don't always have a basket, etc. But it's a great micro-mobility option, better than a Bird or Lime.
We love these scooters WAY better than the competitors. But I'm finding that when we try to locate one, they aren't there. I think some customers are taking these bikes into their work/homes. I'll only drive these scooters but find them hard to locate at times. I'd still rate this business with 5 stars considering my issue is not with the company itself. I love them. Thanks for the coupons, looking forward to them.
The app works, it's just when I thought I canceled my membership they kept taking the money from my account and when I spoke with someone about it they said they couldn't find my account. Besides that it's fine
Bad app. At the end of the ride it wouldn't let me end the ride. It kind of looked like the ride was over. I ended up being charged $20 for a 2 min ride. Plenty of scooter apps that work. Not this one.
Won't let me remove my card from the app and took money from my account and added it to the apps wallet without my authorization. When I try to report it it just says error.
The best way to travel short distance. Can't wait to see a Boaz in every city that I visit, hands down the best scooter.
This is my was time. I like the feel of it, easy to maneuver and feels safer. Ill try it next time im in town.
Unless you have kids or you are out on a date. Don't use these bikes. It's a big ripoff. They overcharged my card and insisted that I owed them money. Every time I used thr services. I got over charged
they are still charging Mr monthly and even after I canceled I am still disputing the charges with my bank. NEVER AGAIN I WILL USE THEM
It won't let me remove my card from the app! It also is holding money in a wallet that i can't get back!!
It doesn't show your account, how many rides you have taken or how much funds you have used.

Sitting feels way safer, good innovation there. Weird decision putting the disk brake on the front. Tiny wheels make it less stable but still better than a scooter. The app needs a lot of work. Features were very buggy and I nearly gave up and just went for a bird. On the functional side I shouldn't have to put 15 dollars on my "account" in order to use it. Seems dumb. No way to pause rides.
