First the actual app is slow to useless. Doesn't work. Second be VERY, VERY CAREFUL about what you buy and the terms. DO NOT BELIEVE the sales person from their finance company. Doing what he said and paying the final payment/payoff (after more than 2 weeks, trying to contact) I believe I was ripped off by at least $500.
The virtual AR mode does not work. Everytime I go to see the pieces I want to potentially order in AR mode, they never load. You're better off just going to the site and getting the sizes for yourself and using a tape measure.
Extremely terrible. They've just simply embedded their website into an app with some augmented reality components which isn't functioning. Definitely need to work on this app otherwise just discontinue it. It's better to not have an app than have something not working at all.
Every time I try to use app, it takes VERY long for it to respond. Very glitchy and unresponsive. Not easy to navigate and hard to find what you're looking for.
Annoying, the app signs you out all the time. You click remember me and you still have to sign in again the next time Update 9 3 2020 For the love of God would you do something about how slow this app runs, so many freezes and it takes forever for a product to load.
never usually leave reviews but this app is so bad I felt motivated to leave one. if you ever decided to go back on a page beware because it will just load forever. actually no matter what I do it just loads and loads. trash app.
Okay app, VR feature sadly doesn't work on my phone due to a changed dependency, which was a let-down (that was the app's biggest selling point). As for Bob's themselves, great shopping experience ruined by them damaging my apartment on delivery and assembling my furniture wrong. It's been over a month with no reply apart from continual broken promises to contact me within a week. I reported the damage the day it occurred. Embarrassing.
This app runs slooow. The AR feature is cool but it's finicky and often "unavailable." This app is a timesaver that allows you to browse online and then then quickly locate your favorited furniture pieces when you shop in-person at a Bob's showroom.
Slow and buggy. Often freezes and throws errors when navigating the app. The AR feature is nice, but getting to that point is nearly impossible.
Considered to by a dining room set and noticed the View in Room option. Downloaded the app (even after reading the reviews) And it didn't work for me. Kept loading and resetting, so I deleted the app. I have the Samsung A20.
Downloaded the app for the see it in your space feature. It doesn't work at all. Nothing happens when you click on view in room.
Navigation is super slow, the Augmented Reality feature is buggy, and it depleted too much battery for the 2 sofas it took 30 minutes to check out.
This app sucks all the way around. Dont bother if you want to use the room viewer. IF you can get it to load the furniture you selected just disappears.
Very upset. I have app and account. But when you apply for credit. It throws a weird phone number at you asking if its your number. If you try to put currant phone number it wont allow you...then blocks you even after it gets all your information including social security # and thats not fair, to get peoples info and then block them. I did call customer information line and complained.
This app doesn't include pieces of furniture that I would like to see in my home (AR feature). And when I try to download the "AR Core" Playstore tells me it's not compatible with my Samsung device. So it's a strikeout.
Liar company becarefull guys. You will do payment on time, but they will say you like during 7 or 8 days you'll get your order. You will get only text messages about after 10 minutes you will get your order and will asking suppose to be at home 18+ person, but you'll receive nothing during day. When you trying to check website about your order, system will give you answer like order number is wrong. I get during 2 weeks like this messages but didn't receive my order. Custome servic working bad.
AR viewer doesn't work Got the app specifically to scan our room and see the furniture in it but when I click on the AR icon it keeps brining me back to Google Play to download the app I am already using. Useless.
So much to load per page. WAY to much. Makes a great selection of furniture super hard to research before you buy. I'll update it AGAIN. Hopefully it has gotten better.
This app is SUPER SLOW. Don't bother! Just use their website. The website works better when you're using a laptop or desktop. Don't bother getting this app!!! It was a waste of time.
HORRIBLE!!! App ALWAYS stuck in a loop. Never could log on; SUPER FRUSTRATING. Uninstalling app. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!! Just log on to the website instead.
Loveeee the AR mode, it's super helpful & useful especially when trying to match accessories to certain furniture colors.
Poor customer service, called a few times for a warranty issue and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Couch losing it's coushion. Lift table won't close flat, has a tilt when in full down position.
Don't buy anything from bob's they lie about everything, been dealing with a bad couch experience for more than a month and it's still not fixed. They keep playing hot potato with getting the problem solved.
Awful. Takes forever to load anything and crashes every 2 minutes. Cool reminder of what dail-up internet was like 20 years ago. God I'm old.
The app is like trying to contact them by phone or email . This is a terrible business. I've been waiting for 3 months for my other chair to my dinette set. Still can't reach them.
Order tracker does not open. Doesn't allow you to see your account information. Unable to browse without being brought to the beginning of the catalog.
Easy to use... very similar to mobile site... but the augment reality feature is mind blowing... so much detail... this app is a must for anyone looking for furniture...
Awesome! You can put the furniture you like in your home and see how it fits! You can even track your delivery of your new furniture! Cool app and cool store too!
Had a very bad experience with the goof proof plan customer service They kept transfer me from onr department to other 4 times and then they say they are experiencing are heavy call volume and so they asked me to report a claim online... Wow.... I stayed on the call for 45min and then they asked me to do it online... And also when explained about the damage caused... they said the goof proof plan Doesn't cover it all. Totally dissatisfied
Absolute garbage app. Won't work without giving location, and even once you get it running, does nothing to assist you with placing the item or sizing it correctly. Wonky interface you control by moving your phone. Don't bother installing, just use a measuring tape. Plus I'm sure I'll get spammed like crazy now for even giving it a chance.
