This app started off strong but now its a disaster. Although you can book a car with it easy enough, the app doesnt update order statuses so customers have no idea if or when a fare has been accepted or the drivers details / location when accepted. Needs some kind of fix, then it would be solid
App no longer works properly. I don't get the text notifications that tell me the driver is close and it doesn't even tell me when my ride has been accepted by a driver anymore. Was a little meh at launch but has gone way down hill since. Please support your app with updates to solve issues.
I've tried registering for the app multiple times on different phones and no verification text is being sent. I can't even create an account. Thanks Bob's for removing an app that worked and implementing one that doesn't.
The app crashes constantly and it's a coin flip if they will actually pick you up on time or at all. I'd recommend hitch hiking over these guy's, it would be more reliable.
its a really bad, low budget app all around. in addition to that, the cab never showed so i ended up calling a competitor. I had a missed call from Bob's an hour later when i was already home. not worth using this app.
1.5 hours waiting, I can see available cabs on the GPS, but no pickup. App can't give a meaningful estimate and Bobs doesn't answer the phone. Not sure what's up, but they're not sending a taxi.
This app legit takes 10 mins to open half the time. I used to think it was because my phone was slow but i recently upgraded to a brand new phone and it does the same thing so ita 100% the app that is slow.
the app crashes before it even opens. not only is bobs taxi the worst cab company I've ever dealt with, they have the worst app I've ever seen. Why did you switch from one local... to save a buck id assume. I'd give -5 stars if possible.
App doesnt work right at all. I ordered a taxi, it said the pick up time was 228, but it didnt show any car coming to get me. it then texted me and told me to come outside, saying the taxi was 0.5km away, and the taxi didnt show up for another 10 minutes! It was -15 Celsius today, and i had to stand in it for a total of 20 minutes waiting for a taxi in the early afternoon, on a frigid day. Not pleased!
Doesn't work. I entered my info for registration and then was never allowed to log in. It wouldn't let me enter my conformation number for the account or create an alternate profile. Serious bugs in this product. Sucks REALLY bad.
Couldn't even get past sign up page. Says duplicate user name so I included my middle name in case there was someone else with my name but same error message. Don't bother installing.
This app barely works on a good day. It gave the wrong address for where I was, and when I canceled the cab, it didn't cancel it and the cab came, so I had to cancel it again.
Pretty annoying when I have to go to work and it's just "Searching" for over a half hour when it says ETA 1 minute and there's drivers all around my house. Idk if they just don't want to drive to Halifax or if the app is garbage.
It is slow and slugging. Faster just calling for cab. Also, don't like not being able to pay via credit through app.
Waited for an SMS verification code so I could even use the app-never got sent. had to call to get a cab and dispatch was rude as always.
Horrible app, I would suggest Uber any other day. The driver was rude and purposefully went the long way around to make us pay more money. I would give it a 0 star but sadly I cannot.
Still waiting for the application to download after a day and half. Absolutely garbage the worst service I have ever received!!
Slow, laggy, strange design choices, ugly interface, Bob's Taxi app has it all.
This app doesn't work well on my phone as they do on others. It got stuck on searching....
why did you switch from one local this app is trash and when you actually call they never answer but the cry when u bring up uber. start providing some QUALITY service for once ps stop tapping the breaks and pumping the gas u friggers
App definitely needs some work, but definitely an app that's needed

Good company and all drivers that aren't middle Eastern are cool but all the f****** sandwiches and go back to f****** Syria wherever they came from
So when you book a car it just stays on "searching" forever. From the words of the incredibly rude dispatcher that's currently working there "booking in advance just adds you to the queue at that time" Essentially this app is useless just like their dispatcher. Luckily I had an awesome driver that justtttt got me to the airport in time. Gave that guy a big tip. But this app is trash and Bobs Taxis dispatcher is possibly the rudest person I've talked to in a service industry
