Using Samsung S21, after recent update app crashes each time I open it. Please roll back to previous version! It was not perfect but at least it worked 80% of the time!

Pixel 4XL user here. Similar to reviews below, have not been able to open the app since previous update. Uninstalled and installed multiple times. PLEASE DO SOMETHING! And allow users to link their debit/credit cards to view their account WITHOUT GOING DOWN TO A PHYSICAL OUTLET. Isn't that the whole point of having an online app?!
Crashes most times when you could be doing a live changing transaction. Not very nice at all. Please sort this out because I've deleted the app and reinstalled several times with no good results.
Crashes all the time. Really one of the worse banking app ever. I could not even activate the sms otp to effect my transfer. Wasted a lot of time just trying to do simple transfers. Please for goodness sake, do something about it.

Bad. After upgrading my phone to S21, finally can login but stopped at etoken which is not provided so still cannot use app!
The app crashes frequently. I don't need fancy features but it needs to work reliably and fast. The UI is a bit old looking as well but that's less important.

Ver 5.3.7 seem problem for S21 ultra. Developer please look into it. Been so many days but yet to see any new update. 😮💨
The mobile banking account is separated from online banking account(desktop), so as the login. I have tried the functionality provided by the app, all essential banking services are available. Try to open the main menu(top left corner icon), you can access the relevant services under each category e.g. "Pay Bills", in the sub menu, you can see the relevant services such as "Pay a Bill" and "Manage Biller".
Took 4 weeks to roll out Version 5.3.8 dated 5 Jan 2022 after update to Version 5.3.7 dated 8 Dec 2021 crashes every time. Phone model: Samsung Galaxy S21.
Thanks for fixing biometrics on s10e. Your app crashes very often. There's always at least 80% of the time crashes if you leave the app for 60+ minutes and try authenticating and opening again..
When app is down or broken, it usually take an extended time to fix. :(
Very disappointed as system not very user friendly especially the setup process on your phone. The instructions of setup is confusing and i just had an app updates, im no longer able to sign back in. Really frustrated...
