Membership, Pricing and Terms:
7 Day Trial: The 7-day trial will end exactly 7-days after sign up. Immediately after the 7-day trial ends, if the subscription is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the end of the suscription period, you will be charged the monthly auto-renewing rate of $14.99 USD/month. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Yearly: Yearly subscriptions are immediately billed a discounted total annual fee of $119.88. Subscriptions will auto-renew yearly and payments will be processed unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the end of the yearly subscription period.

After issues with the trial they offered to give me the monthly fee off if I decided Iwanted to purchase the full year. When I replied asking how to do that I got no response. Sent a follow up email and still no response. I previously bought the e-books and like the app even more. They got 2 months out of me but I'm not a fan of poor customer service. $14.99/month is a lot for something I can do on my own anyway.
Seriously the best app ever! I first started off with Alexa's workout plan via PDF a while ago and am super excited that she now has an app! Alexa is super motivating and has personally reached out when I had concerns. Her team worked out technical glitches super quickly. Well worth the money...especially when you are supporting someone who actually cares about her customers!!
good thing there was a trial. downloaded the app and then it's just a blank screen. was trying to decide between this app or the TIU fitness app for the next year to help me with my fitness goals bet seeing as this app does not work... guess that solves that debate
Great fitness app! Workouts are easy to follow and the videos show the moves. The community is encouraging and quick to answer questions. Love the recipes presented too. I enjoy earning achievments and playing my music through the app. Thanks Alexa!
So far, I am pleased with the experience. However, there is a glitch. When my phone rotates horizontal, it closes my workout and cancels out my time.
i bought Alexa's exercise books before, now with pregnancy its always very intimidating to go to gym and remember things one can do safely. this makes it easier to follow a schedule and keep it fresh!
I like this app so far, the workouts are easy to follow. I wish there was some stretching incorporated before and/or after each workout.

Such a great app and the community is encouraging which allows me to keep going even when it is tough. The reminders are perfect and the general positive vibe of the app is amazing for me. Thank you for this, I plan on being a user for a long time.
I have an android and initially the App had issues and didn't work but the support group has been very responsive and now it's fixed!!!!! Anxious to try the app!
I've been using the app for post natal exercises and I'm addicted! it's fab. I cancelled my monthly subscription, to buy the yearly one and I wont accept the payment, please advise.
I have been charged 2 times after I have already attempted to cancel both times. I have been charged $30 for an app that I deleted, and cancelled subscription 3 months ago. Would not recommend
This app really gets me motivated to go out and perform Alexa's worksout. Also a fantastic community to share and read throughs from other women with similar goals.
I can't find the "Switch Plan" in the app... Had to cancel the whole subscription in the end...

Unfortunately this was a real bummer. I tried doing the 7 day trial and instead it charged me $70 the second I signed up for it and I've tried contacting the email they tell you to 4 times and havent gotten any response at all for a refund or a reason.

I love this fitness app! I've used Alexas workout programs before & they rocked so of course I was excited to give this program a try & i'm glad I did. You first pick your activity level & what your fitness goal is. Then you get 12 weeks of pre scheduled daily workouts. On top of the workouts there is daily & weekly Challenges you can add on for an extra kick! Each workout & challenge comes with a timer, & a video breakdown of each exercise. There is also an option to connect to your Spotify!
