great workouts, easy to use and great video and workout arrangements. only issue is that a lot of times the description of the exercise does not load, however you can watch it being done so not too bad.
Excellent and progressive. Just don't need a phone change. Then you get unresponsive and unreliable. Impossible to reopen. Otherwise great
I can't think of anything else I'd want in a fitness app. Excellent work! I especially appreciate the detailed instructions for each exercise, often complete with a video to ensure you know how to follow along.
the same as normal bodbot but you can get the subscription monthly and for cheaper 👍

It's a great workout app
The excersises have no intructions.
If you set it up how it wants you to, it's essentially an automated, detail oriented, personal trainer. It makes going to the gym easier, as there are no decisions to make. Just do what it says and go home, knowing you did good. If it could live on my watch for the duration of a workout and still guide in the same way the phone app does, I'd marry it.
I've never used a personal trainer, so I'm finding the taking orders thing pretty novel. The fitness tests are great for customizing routines, and for people (me) who otherwise wouldn't bother including stretching and mobility in routines, it's a great motivator to stay with those things that don't feel "important" in the moment. Some nitpicking: • It would be nice if I could chose available equipment per day ... Some days I'd like to work or from home, where I have less. • Timer is mostly helpful but a little naïve about time needed to switch sides for two-step exercises. • • • Overall this is a great tool for people looking for a fresh take on their fitness.
This app is awesome! It schedules all your workouts for you, while taking into accounts your availability, level of commitment, fitness goal and level, equipment available, etc. It asks how you feel before and after each workout and adjusts the exercises accordingly. It even lets you evaluate your posture and flexibility and then selects exercises to improve them (while excluding others that would make them worse). Perfect for people who want to train responsibly, at their own pace and with purpose.
Love that the app puts workouts together, however my schedule changes from one week to the next. The app doesn't allow for people in this situation. Instead, we can only list the specific days of the week that we go to the gym.
Every now and then it tries to force workouts that you don't have equipment for but overall it's pretty solid.
I like the customization. I have a back injury and I am able to avoid exercises in the routine that won't work for me. Highly recommend this :)
I love this app more than anything. Use it for every gym session. You won't get bored with this as every session is different and tailor made. Recommend it to anyone looking for help in the gym
Great motivator even after you have ignored it for a while. Not annoying like some apps. To be expected in a fitness app. Seems to be making continuos improvements.
Yeah just getting the camel cat video for every excercise is useless. And now after doing the warm up, it either doesn't load or crashes trying to.
The new app is great and I feel it makes things clearer for me and easier to understand.
It's nice having someone to tell you what to do, and not end up unable to move
This app is the best freaking app I have ever used to better my physique it's an app and it feels like it cares it's like a coach it's so amazing and after using it as much as I have (only a week) I would mos def pay for it (for a reasonable cost!!)
Awesome, with opportunities for development. Was going to give it just 4 stars because there is still room for improvement - for my purposes anyway - but then I thought, heck, the free version is better than any other fitness app I've seen so far. Best-in-class deserves five stars. Areas for development? As a runner, I would love to see a runner-oriented program. Also, I would suggest an easy option to let the app know when you were physically unable to complete a prescribed exercise so that it could adjust. Also, it doesn't always estimate how long a workout will take very well, and if you tweak your time, it doesn't adjust future workouts right away.
Great app, but the new icon on Android is ugly and pixelated
No options to edit the exercises as in the web. Too complex GUI needs to be simplified

Horrible, after sending an email about my disappointment in the lack of exercises, the constant repition without progression, and complete lack of resukts after 6 months of training, I was charged again for the pro version and am now unable to log into the app and since there is no customer support for login, it looks like I've wasted $100 over the last 2 years on nothing
