It's ok, it presents the data gained from the machine so it's key function is achieved. Really the only actual problem is it crashes when i try to set goals (also happens on the website). However i also am not totally certain what some of the views show, there is information there, but it explains what the measurement is, not how its being displayed. It maybe obvious to others and I'm being thick.
I have just created an account at anytime fitness tooting and downloaded the app but I can't log in, on the app or via my laptop. It keeps saying my details are invalid but won't send me reset details. It's pointless if the only way I can keep track of my stats is by going to the gym. It's not like it's emailing me a record of what I've checked either!
The app and the terminal it self has multiple bugs. You are not able to do anything apart from reading your results. No possible to set goals or training in both app and terminal. It's always saying " this one is on us error" waste of time. So promising but just a reader like the ones in boots
Took me ages to work out that I can't use this direct app, I have to use a sub app through my gym. Spent about two days waiting for a password reset email that never came. Only found out the info after a lot of searching through deeply buried faq. Seems a bit pointless to me to do it this way and not make it obvious on the welcome screen.
disappointing to see the reviews are right you can't log in with puregym login on the app but you can on the website. i've downloaded the latest version so must be 1.6 still no joy taken off twice, now i've Found if you head for the boditrax website keep trying until you get to a log in screen with a black background it let me log in after 3 other login screen s failed, the app still won't recognise but hopefully this will help someone
Doesn't match up to my readings on the gym machine or the desktop site, some of the readings are saying they are from 2016! Very strange and not user friendly, especially the difficulty getting a password set up.
Disappointed! Upgraded my PureGym account to get a Boditrax login as an extra. All good except I cannot access my Boditrax account through this App, only through the browser or at the gym. I've sent a query to the Boditrax support team and no-one came back with an answer - Poor service! Learned later that I'm not the only one at the gym with this problem and so far, like me, nobody has an answer. Uninstalling the app and spreading the word...
The app is a bit messy. A bit unresponsive. In the physique section. the purple circle isn't on the chart but to the far left, so I have no idea what my physique is.
Lots of information but doesn't seem to have the option to compare numerical results between different scans. I want to be able to see the numbers not just a graph. Please add this as an option.
Very good app and system of tracking body composition. Issues with certain gym accessibility should surely be responsibility of the gym not the app and so I think those reviews are unfair. Also, percentages corresponding to different parts represent composition within that part (i.e. musle and fat for that part) not the whole body and therefore they shouldn't add up - again, these reviews are not appropriate.
ive been using the scales weekly at the gym for a while. when i log in to bodytrax online, it shows my most recent results. but with this app, it shows the last reading as september 2018, thats over 9 months ago. i havent changed password or email. whats that about???
Terrible app. First thing I try doing is setting my goal weight and it forces me to set it to 27KG! It won't let me set my goal weight as anything else! Worst app experience I've ever had. Immediately unusable.
Unable to log in AGAIN! This is the second time I created a new account and did a measurement at Paya Lebar FF. But once again it says mgt login credentials are invalid and password reset did not follow up with email. How do I even log in???
Took long time to get it to work for pure gym. But it's still fiddly to log in at times. Needs updating to fix the bugs as looking at reviews many have same issues.
installed the app and worked really well for a day, then my phone loaded a software update and the boditrax app disappeared. informed the boditrax help team and they responded really quickly with advise on an update to cure the problem. really helpful and a great app.
Can't log into my account via the App. I then Google it went to by Chrome and you have more log in option so went to Puregym one and it logged in! You need to add this option to the app because it works, your app cannot find account if you put your email in and code for Purgym!
This is not an app. It is just a screen that has no use but to annoy you. your better off going on the website and saving it to the home screen. Shame really
When I go to the results page the Boditrax App crashes. Ok on computer but no good on Android phone. Looks great app, shame I can't use it properly.
the machine at gym is very good. this app on the other hand, it hasn't updated any results since Sept 2018. ive used it 3 times since.
I have an android phone, I am a David Lloyd member and have a boditrax account but the app does not work at all!!! It just keeps saying my user name/password is invalid yet I can log in fine on my partners I phone perfectly. utter rubbish and super frustrating!!!!!!
Unable to log in with puregym pin. Logged in via web browser and set a password thinking that it would work but no joy. App is useless.
After using this app previously and it been fantastic ... it now won't long me in . Says password is wrong... when I try to reset password I never receive the link to make a new password . So can not use app at all
Not as good as what is available using the website (from mobile) instead, as the tracking functions are better there. Just use the website. No use for this app at all.
since update my moby says it's installed but it's not on my moby anywhere. very frustrating. Scanned in 3 times and every time had problems. this new update has now made it vanish.
When you click result the app closes so needs some work for the app to work properly, plus you can't link to fitbit any longer.
Great app would be nice if you could compare with previous results to monitor all round progress
Love the app but light grey text in a small font is very hard to read on my phone - a bit darker grey would go a long way to being more readbale
terrible, installed, opened wouldn't let me log in and no way of registering an account, tried to reset password and never had an email sent, still waiting 3 weeks later
giving a 2 star as I can't access the app because I don't have a boditrax email address which is annoying because I have to go to the website and log in with my gym pin number
Do you have data on measurement repeatability. I was intrigued when over about a 6 weeks, doing maybe 30x90 min sessions mixed cardio and resistance, my body mass is steadily reducing but boditrax is showing a lot of variation in fat mass. It decreased initially but it then increased and muscle mass down. Visually this is not the case looking at my arms and legs. I tested repeatability by taking 3 consecutive scans. Mass consistent, composition varied. Email asks for feedback to a noreply a/c
