Body Language - Expressions

The problem with this app is that the expression changes are demonstrated by flipping between two different images, which totally eliminates the natural transitions between the states that you would see IRL. There's interesting information here, but the practice isn't very good because of the above.

This app is good, definitely great if you're interested in learning more about microexpressions. That being said if there were ever an update, I'd recommend a slow motion feature, to view the microexpressions at a slower speed. Possibly an option to choose the speed.

I'm in love with the idea but the execution is severely lacking. The lack of degree and variety of expressions makes it less helpful in recognising microexpressions in the real world, instead of at recognizing them on the faces of the specific models on the app. Having an array of filmed genuine microexpressions from interviews (obtained by isolating a frame before/after and during) would be more challenging to decipher, and would make the real world application of the skills gained a much more believable prospect.

Pretty good but could be slightly clearer that you will fail the question if you press the eye symbol to see the expression for longer.. I thought this was a bug and nearly gave up. More faces would be good too, and maybe some at different angles

Excellent app. Concise and easy to use. I really like you can click and hold the little eye button on the bottom left to pause the look for as long as needed to really understand the expression. Nice work

I really like this app! I would love to see some additional people added to the practice & test. The reason I gave it a four is because the woman's facial expressions are hard to read and seem a bit morphed. Other than that it's great!

the app is good for learning but the test feature isn't that good. maybe if it had short videos of the microexpressions instead of flicking between 2 images it would be easier to use and compare to real world examples.

The expressions are fast, just as they should be. Microexpressions are truly like these irl. It woupd help if more variations were added that included factors such as intensity, or only a portion of the muscles display the emotion, sometimes

I just don't think the test is accurate. If a face smiles, the person is happy - simplistic stuff. If eyebrows go up, that's fear apparently. Might be improved if the volume of faces used went up 2000%

I really like this app. The mico-expressions are at the accurate speed and I appreciate the test report a lot. It allows me to know which emotion to study more, and it's the info to study them is clear and well presented. Awesome work!

The apps not too bad, however the expressions are far quicker than any person would ever do them and its limited on the amount of people on the app doing the expressions. If there were more people and the expressions were slowed down to real time it would be worth a 5 star rating

Seems cool. I have yet to test it thoroughly, but I was surprised that in the learning about happiness/ smiles section, the smile didn't really look like a Duchenne smile, and that wasn't really talked about? But what do I know. Definitely a cool idea and free as well.

1.Excellent App.However,you may need to revise (surprise emotion). 2. What can I do to participate to improve this app? please take enhancement into consideration for example (fear 5 M.E,Anger 8 M.E,disgust 6 M.E,SAD 7,surpise 3) also if you can add an option to get acquainted with other winners

Good app, why nobody made it before We have super old desktop apps from Paul Ekman, but not for Android 5 stars ❤️ BTW, please add more faces, it's easy to do, and you can get the best app ever 👍

The most stupid way of detecting micro expression. It's sloppy and flawed. Do a real app with real pictures in motion. Really pitiful.

THIS APP IS NO DOUBT A VERY GOOD ONE. THE ONLY ONE I HAVE EVER SEEN THIS ACCURATE. ALL I ASK IS A FEATURE TO REDUCE AND INCREASE THE TIME OF MICROEXPRESSION AND A SMALL gif LIKE ANIMATION FOR THE MICROEXPRESSION, IT WOULD BE REALLY HELPFUL

I'm a newbie at this, maybe it's just me but but the faces seem to change so fast that I cant make out the gestures. Is there a way to slow down the videos?

Amazing app. Would be awesome if we could set 1/5 second when starting out.

To learn the expression is good (5 stars) but the testing... Idk if I'm just really bad at reading expressions but most look the same to me...

Loved it but needs more faces only has 3 It would way more beneficial with more diferente variety of faces

Useful but with few characters. I have removed it because Comodo antivirus has recognized it like a cyber-threat.

it is good , but when i took the test it bugged , i couldn't choose , every answers i chose it skipped

Kindly add More Face picture for Test in Upcoming Updates so that we can Learn Even more Knowledge through it, Other than That I am 100 percent Impressed with this app

Its unrealistic no emotion happens that fast I didn't even have time to see it.

Would be better if stay in portuguese (Brazil)

Great app but the test scores won't save

poor photoshopped photos which can lead to bad interpretations.
