This app is the best I've ever had for flexibility. It gives you time to come to a position and then let's you start working. After doing these exercises, I feel loose and a bit flexible (Not that much but after a workout, u may feel a bit alive and flexible, ryt?). I thank the sponsor for such a great app.
This app is user friendly and it doesn't have all the add pop ups either or want you to purchase anything extra. The stretches are great and easy for a beginner like myself.
This app is really good. I had another one that was similar but this one is much easier to change the length of exercises and how long you want to work out. It also let's you pick which exercises you want to do. I recommend this app for beginners or someone that hasn't worked out for awhile. Plus it is good for those ove the age of 50.
Good and cheap pro version, but animations are sketchy and this can result in performing the exercises with poor form. App is solid and exercises are varied but I personally feel there is a lack of thought behind the guidance, videos and sounds alike. Thank you
This is a good app with 3 complimentary workout programs in the free version. I am doing the basic. I like it so thought I'd get the premium as it promises 50 extra workouts. I thought, maybe a morning routine, nighttime routine, neck stretch routine etc. 50 should cover all bases. Great! But don't be fooled by the terminology. I paid for premium and there is still only 3 workouts. I can't see any different between free and paid. Did they mean up to 50 extra exercises? Disappointed.
I like the fact that it shows you not only how to do each move, but gives you the choice of creating your workout, number of repeatation but also estimate of calories burned so far. It is beginner friendly too.
After only 5 sessions I can tell a big difference in my flexibility. Really loving the app. The only thing that's not great is the voice, the robot voice is just kinda weird. I wish there were other options.
Really nice app. I only would suggest two things: that you don't lose the exercise you already did when you accidentally hit the back button and that you could restart exercises.
Really enjoy this app. Though would like to see breathing incorporated into the movements and where you have to change direction in an exercise there should be a prompt half way through to tell you
So far, so good. Only issue I've had so far is by hitting the fast forward button and it saying I finished the workout when I had just begun. I wasn't able to go back to that workout. Instead, I used it as a rest day.
It is an easy app to use the workout is easy to follow and for someone like me "out of shape and overweight" has really helped me to believe I can acheive my goal.
Really good app it makes it really simple to get back the flexiability in your body. Try it I think you will enjoy it.
The exercises go VERY FAST. If you could add some counting in between that would be great!
Simple doable postures that may be perfected over iterations. Even though I'm 53, this app helped me to a more flexible physique.
it really is a great app the devs have done a great job...now if I could actually stick with it past the first workout, that would be excellent! LOL! But that's ALL ME & I'm working o. that. ๐๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ๐
I like it. It's not too difficult and the exercises are doable. It's free and videos show me how to the exercises.
Great app, prefect for doing morning exercises or even warming up prior to a workout. I love how you can customize it to fit your needs.

I'm pretty impressed with this app. After a few months of doing almost no exercise I needed something to help me stress and not overdo it and hurt myself.
This app has stretching that you can pick and choose from. Not so hard on an overstretched body.
Nice exercising app. It's really helping me especially during this lockdown when i gained weight and I needed to go back to being flexible
The app is great and I am comment the staff on the sat-up of the features on it..It helps me to stay up on my exercises each day..I thank so much.....
my only concern is that I am so out of shape that I am concerned that I may or may not be doing the exercises correctly. I do think you might want to create a warm up exercises for people who have had multiple surgeries. Otherwise, these are great exercises.
This has been a great journey and I enjoyed exercising. I've lost lots of pounds in a fun and productive way. I highly recommend this app.
It's okay. It really is an exercise app that focuses on stretching rather than purely stretching
Pros: Good exercises/decent plans to get where you want. It's really good in this aspect. Cons: 1 - No integration with Google Fit 2 - The Text to Speech engine is implemented in a way it pauses whatever sounds you have playing on the phone. *This is really a deal breaker* because listening to music makes the workout much more bearable. This app will interrupt your music every 20 seconds. It should play its sounds over whatever you have playing in other apps, just like other gym apps do.
