Don't waste your time on this app, just shows a few meals you can eat. I've been studying for months on fitness and healthy living, you can learn more than this app teaches in 2 minutes online. This app has no substance, haha get it?? Jk. Its worth taking the time to research online (or read books) to learn how to live healthy and stay fit. I don't regret staying healthy, and have never heard anybody say otherwise about themselves.

The descriptions say it gives you meal plans. All this is are poorly written paragraphs taken from other sources. Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know

Thus app is useless. No recipes, meal plans facility to make a plan. Once you click on a one of the tabs featured, you get a short blurb on that subject. Complete waste of time
Not bad but it's missing something important. It's needs a food to avoid section to detail foods that should be avoided.
Read it all in an hour then delete. Overly burdened with ads. Good basic info, but beyond that it is trash
