This would be a great app if only it had more exercises. Very limited amount and you cannot add custom exercises. I bought the full version and also the kettlebell version and again, only complaint is the lack of exercises. Other than that, it is perfect.

It's a decent app. What can I say, it has all you need. Customizable and integrated with Google fit. Visual aids and accurate statistics. All in the free version. I'm sure the paid is better and when I finish all the routines in the free one I'll probably upgrade to the full version. I have nothing negative to say about it. Even supports dark mode.

Excellent app that delivers on all the promises. I paid right away for the premium version and was not disappointed. It'd be mindblowing if users could share and trade their routines. It would also benefit from a wider database of exercises, or even the possibility for users to add their own (though I understand that it would be a mess of its own because of graphics, animations and sound). But still. There's no reason why there has to be just one kind of pull ups and only five abs exercises.

Customizable options are fantastic. However, the selection for exercises, specifically on back, are very lacking. Add more variety when it comes to creating your own workouts. The only options for back day are different variations of rows and shrugs so I have to use a separate app for that day. Otherwise it is good.

Beginner. Just started using and immediately upgraded this app. I thought the upgrade was good value for money with the increased range of functionality it offers and the degree of customization you can integrate into the workout including the option to create your own workouts. There is a large range of exercises you can choose to include. Overall very impressed and would recommend.

The best gym app I've used. Can easily adjust weights during workout. Illustrations of movements. Timer comes through headphones so I know when to finish my rest period. Perfect for the beginner... has a full body preset which is a real all round work out. Once complete, can then move on to the intermediate preset. So easy to use.

Great app! I'm using it to get back into shape after not lifting for 6-8 years. It takes the headache out of having to designing workout programs and logging progress. The app does all of that for you. The only downside is it is all free weight exercises, no cable exercise options available if you are adding exercises to a program

It has been a useful app with several levels to choose from but I wish they would have an option to set weights from kg to lbs. The conversion is not difficult but can be a hassle when trying to get through the workout. I like the fact you can adjust the time between reps. It helps to speed up the workout.

4 stars for potential! So here is the deal, I'm a certified personal trainer and have studied under a former pro bodybuilder for 2 years. This app is great basic blueprint to the basics. However the lack of leg exercises in this program is a little off ballance, so I implement my own leg routine in between set. Also It doesn't hit rotator cuff exercises which is key to having good shoulder health. But it's a good start to something that could be a really great cheep self help bodybuilding app.

User-friendly app that is simple and straightforward for weightlifting. There's no ads or gimmicks to try to sell you any product. The calorie count is rather accurate according to my fitness tracker as well. This is probably my all time favorite workout app on the market. Highly recommend it to anyone who lifts weights.

This app is really simple but has exactly the right exercises you should focus on to build muscle and pretty good workout programs. Only around 50 exercises are available (and several are variations of one another) but they are the key exercises you should be doing, so you don't need to waste your time wondering if you should be doing other less effective exercises.

Customisable (with low-cost, one-off paid version) workouts and good progressive routines. I've seen sizeable gains in 4 or 5 weeks, in fact they became apparent after 2 weeks of lifting. Took a bit of fine tuning on my first sessions to find the right weights for me & it doesn't automatically increase as you go, but that should always be at the users pace anyway, not the apps pace.

Makes you buy it multiple times. I tried the free version thought it was decent. I wanted the extra functionality so I paid for it. I got a new phone installed the app now it says I have to pay for it again if I want to turn the functionality back on. Save your money buy an app that won't charge you multiple times.

Great app.. I bought it.. Removing 1 star as there are not enough workouts.. I request developer to add many more workouts so we can add the one we want.. For the specific days workouts it should mention on top which areas are targeted for that day.. For example.. Chest, back.. And if possible better animations.. Using only 2 images for animation is not enough.. Thank you.. 🙂 🙂

Good application for setup dumbbells and bench press work out. You can setup a routine for each day by adding exercises and you can modify each ones for weigh, number of sets and reps . One minus is that you cannot slide up or down exercises to change the orders of execution . So if you want to change the routine for a specific day, you need to delete each exercise and add them again in the good order. Not a big deal afterall. I bought the app for 4$, to ensure full modifications. Very happy !

It's good, but sit ups should be taken out of the app completely, they are scientifically proven to be one of the worst and un-beneficial exercises you can do. Edit: an option to turn the voice commands off would be nice, hooked my Bluetooth up to the gym's speaker and the whole gym was listening to my workout. Another edit: where do my saved workouts go? I wanted to pause my exercise to turn the voice commands off (which I couldn't) and then I couldn't return to workout.

I like this app, even paid the extra one time price for the extra features. Very neat easy to use and was exactly what I was looking for.only thing I would like added is a timer that constantly shows the time of your session not just at the end and a +10/30 second button to the active rest period.still 5 stars.

Seems ok but lack certain key features. There is no feature to add your own custom excercise and no apparent pull up excercises. Also no feature to add cardio, wish I'd have known this before purchasing. If there was the ability to add these then this could be a great app.

Need to be able to create custom exercises, limited exercises to choose from. Add options of super sets and giant sets ( linking exercises together). Otherwise I like the style and layout, just needs some tweeking.

Was so excited and unless want to go with program they have on there it seemz useless. Make adding excersizes an option and you have best app in category

You know most of these apps want to charge you for a workout routine, I think it's probably because they have special effects and it's a brand name however this particular app is all you really need. From different workouts to sets and Reps plus rest time. If you're looking for and app that can keep you focused on the real reason you're here at the gym then this is it, there is no need for all that fancy stuff.

This app is good if you are willing to adjust weight settings. It seems like it is going to automatically scale but it doesn't. Also, there needs to be an option to skip beginner mode.

I really enjoy using this app. Its the only app i haver ever paid money for. I like it keeps track of calories burned so i know everyday what i need to eat. The only issue i have is after using it for about a year now i am getting bored with the amount of lifts there is to choose from. The database needs updated

Great app that makes time in the gym more productive - paying to access custom built programs was also well worth it as I can build my own workouts before I get to the gym. Only 2 minor complaints: - no ability to vary rest time between sets for different exercises is a bit frustrating and distracting as I don't need the same recovery time after dumbell curls as I do after squats - lacks a few common exercises like seated calf raise, machine lat pull downs, cable rows and incline sit ups
