It is extremely slow. There is a significant lag on every click. Whether that be opening product details, filtering lists, or adding to cart, every action in the app is slow. It's also super frustrating that the carts across platforms (PC, phone browser, or this app) don't carry over. Simple cache or cookie function.

The app is very slow to process anything or even when opening the app it takes a very long time to properly load everything. Same issue with the website as well. I hope they makes the necessary changes to the backend to make sure the app is up and running smoothly like before. I still think it is a good app and easy to work around.

Terrible app. Mixes up my home country when I'm selecting products. Often times products I've selected and then deleted still show up in my cart. For what was a simple and easy app before is now confusing and can be difficult. I wish they could go back to the old version of the app that worked just fine.

UI has improved. PayPal interface tends to fail which is frustrating (did I get charged? feelings). Still easier to order on the website...trouble is it's more difficult to get to my computer then my phone. As such they have lost sales to my Amazon app for a quick buy. If I wasn't such a lex luthor (Jeff bezos) hater, Amazon would be loads easier where I can order in seconds.

This app is very annoying. I have changed my password 3 times and every time I try to log into the app it says my password is incorrect and now I have go wait 15 minutes to try to login again. Gross. It allows me to use the same passwords on the website though. Anywhoos I'm ordering through Amazon and just wanted to view my order history. Best of luck with your garbage app.

Serious Problems with this new app. The website has more brands and more products even with the brands listed on the app. I called the company and the person I talked to didn't understand what I was experiencing. I have used the old app for years and never had any problems. This app is no longer convenient for use, the website is still full service. Even the workouts are now listed under a separate app.

Got locked out of the app because of too many sign-in attempts, and it said to try again in 15 min. Tried in 15 and still couldn't sign-in. Asked for help from bb.com and was told to reset my password. Did that and still couldn't sign-in. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and now I'm able to sign-in. Not the first time I had an issue with this app.

Download for unending spam I did everything I could think of to get this app to stop giving me obnoxious pop up ads in my notification bar but it didn't work. I would get 3 or4 a day something. Seriously guys when I want protein I'll let you know. My relationship with a vendor is don't call me I'll call you. UNINSTALL. Also, I used to have this app when it was all in one and it was better. Shopping and research in one with ads confined to the homepage where they should stay.

Was using it regularly but now unable to log in to the app. It says username or password incorrect. Tried everything. Can log into the website through the browser with the same credentials. Tried installing it in other phones as well but the result is the same. Unable to login. Hence uninstalling

I have problems with this app constantly. It always says I have items in my cart when I dont. It makes me log in several times. Wont accept payment. Very annoying. UPDATE: a year later and the problem still isnt fixed. Uninstalling.

Not quite sure what the point of the recent was for because it makes the app damn near unusable. Takes forever to load all the unnecessary assets. It was simple, easy, and quick to use before. I understand that they have THOUSANDS of products, but other companies have figured it out YEARS ago.

The most annoying issue for any shopping app is when it doesn't accept the payments for some weird reasons repeatedly. This exactly what is happening here when trying to pay by card for past 1 month. Thanks to the error, all discounts and promos have ended.

Trash. Not sure why update an ruin a good app when the original version was good enough. Over thinking things usually end up a complete failure and this App is the perfect example of that. Well done 👏 next work on the government they need your help

Forces Push Notifications! I have tried to turn off the notifications within the app multiple times, but the settings do not save. I will have to delete the app if this is not updated.

The new update is horrible. Feels like a webpage and takes forever to load. The previous version was so much better and felt like an app. Also, the interface is not user friendly.

Kind of blown away the biggest workout and supplement site on the internet has an app that won't even open. I almost always resort to using the website because it's 100% faster than the app....when the app works.

App won't open. Now considered useless and uninstalled. Resorted to creating a browser shortcut to my home screen since that is essentially what the app is anyways.

Every time I turn off push notifications, the app automatically turns them back on. I don't need to hear about a 10% off sale on items I don't use every 2 hours.

This new app is absolutely awful. It makes it so hard to use I considered getting my supplements from somewhere else. If thwy went back to their old app I would be much happier. Terrible experiences so far.

Having the same problem as everyone else cant log on. Changed password and still cannot log on. I'll have to use another supplement store to order stuff today since I need to make an order now. I cant sit around for days waiting on the app to be fixed so have to order from elsewhere

How do I check ZERO stars? Using this site for years& paying & putting together my order was a breeze. Now it's a project just to find what I need & use& if you scroll down good luck scrolling back up. Please go back to what you had, this is perfect example of how newer doesn't equal better

Before it was amazing shop and application. Especially I liked flavor rating and wide choice of products, now nothing there and one of the worst app which I ever seen. Please return flavor rating. Thank you

Not sure what they did, used to be a great app to find any supplies that I needed. Now it is terrible! The app feels more like a link to the website.

Can't log in through app (doesn't recognize my pw). It says maximum number of attempts after one try. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't fix the issue. I have to use the website.

Horrible app , never trust them , they will take ur money and send u the stuff u bought out of stuck wait or cancel ur order and never returning ur shipping money back

App isn't working properly. I click on the search tab and it takes a while before i can search for anything. Sometimes i can't get it to search.

In simple words, good luck trying to make an order. HORRIBLE. What ever happened to the old app. Can't login, can't find products, can't order.
