App constantly crashes, or at best lags horribly. Simple act of checking an account balance takes 90+ seconds. Check deposits constantly cause the app to fail. Will be pulling my money, this is just untenable.
Both the Axos Business online and App experience are TERRIBLE! The website looks bootleg, I am unable to online bill pay, and after downloading the app I could not get past the permission screen. That said, my initial online and App experience with Axos Personal Banking was almost as bad but they have made SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS and I really like the interface now. Axos IT leadership needs to prioritize making upgrades because the current experience is making this online only bank look bad.
This app is completely useless on Pixel 5, it shows a blank white screen and that's it. The website works, but isn't much better. I don't understand how a bank with $14 BILLION in assets can fail to hire software engineers to design a functional website and app for their business customers. They also force you to change your password every 60 days, which is a poor security practice.
Don't walk, RUN FROM THIS BANK. taking me multiple business days to even figure out how to transfer out my initial deposit. There is no way to deposit checks, reporting them to FDIC as they don't seem interested in performing banking activities, rather collecting personal information. They require 5 security questions based on the deepest personal info you have. Essentially gate keeping all of your info across all verification methods. Would NEVER recommend.
This is a terrible app from a terrible bank. As others have noted, it will not take mobile deposits, but since it's an ONLINE ONLY bank you will have no way of depositing any checks. There is no one who can help you with this problem. There is literally no one at Axos who can help you with any problem related to your account. Opening an account at Axos was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Do not ever use this bank. You will deeply, deeply regret it.
App crashed when trying to deposit checks. It has been an ongoing issue for weeks. 5/18 - Over 3 months later and still having the same issue.
App doesn't work, you sign and it loads and loads. Tried on 2 different phones It's been this way for months, never fixed.
Axos Business Banking is unprofessional in my opinion. They dont even have an email auto responder. After 10 business days of ZERO contact I ended up calling them to find out the status on my new business acct.. After telling me the account is active and all of their excuses of why no contact, I felt Axos Banking is not very professional right out of the gate. Closed the account and going somewhere else!!
Axos Bank provides a great account for small businesses. I love that I was able to open up an account without visiting a branch. Even when I travel, I am confident that I will be able to manage my business finances with the Axos Bank mobile app. I really appreciate that Axos Bank gives you the option of whether you want to have a debit card for your account.
Deposits don't work at all. The app's camera function for taking pics of the check is broken completely. Really makes their entire banking experience worthless if you can't deposit checks.
Rejects Password even though I use a password manager and I can login online. Not cool when you have to repeatedly reset the account password or call customer service every time you just want account info.
Loged in and accepted terms and condition. I'm left with a blank white screen. Can't go any further to look at my account. App doesn't work
Terrible "update". Unable to use check deposit function. Goes through the motions but doesn't create a transaction.
Could not get past the permission screens and now I think there's no way for me to do mobile deposits. Total fail.
Possibly the worst app experience ever. A plague of constant problems.
This apps is very helpful to people. You can save time to followup your deposit easily. Try this to prove what' s they services offer to us Depositor in App Mobile.

Does not work. Why did the review sites not tell the truth about this trash bank? Seriously, the phone system makes you talk to the wrong department no matter what you press and only after the first person in normal banking is useless do you get to the second nearly as useless business banking person. If you are reading this it is likely too late but dont put your money in this dumpster fire!
App does not load anything. Sign in, accept terms and then nothing. Using Google Play on a Samsung S10E.
App has nothing to offer same as their desktop site very bland and outdated.
Can't deposit checks with latest Android version. Camera messes up everytime.

Bank service seems okay but this app is horrible. I just spent 15 mins simply making a deposit. Took me 10 to logon as app kept saying I was not connected to internet when I was and it shouldn't matter if my carrier is connected. Then it crashed twice when I was taking pics of the check. Awful experience but in the end I was able to deposit.
