For the use of mBank it is enough to have the username and password of the InternetBank user, or get registered with Bank of Georgia card.

Payments can be made by any bank card.

with mBank you:
• Pass quick and secure authentication: Face Identification, Fingerprint or Passcode;
• Get information about all your banking products;
• Receive reminders about the upcoming payments;
• Find the nearest ATM, Payment Apparatus and Service Center;
• Get familiar with the exchange rates and convert the money to the exchange rate;
• With the bank card of any bank, fill up the cell phone balance and pay the utilities;
• Be able to activate the loan, open the deposit and order the card;

Terrible apk. Freezing periodically, especially during payment process, that's why it's unclear was payment processed or not.

After 2 years of using this app, i've experienced a few bugs & technical issues but after august updates everything has changed to the worse. App isn't light as it used to be, problems with syncing and optimization. Needs more services to be added and very important feature that hasn't been yet realised is DARK Mode. Hope that developers will notice this. It's still the most reliable mbank to use cause others offer nothing.

Dear team, customer can't simply send a message in a chat box, the message is always in process of sending, and than operator just closes the conversation. It causes huge misunderstanding. Customer can't order a virtual card, as after clicking on 'send pincode via sms' the application is crushing. also want to mention your call centre, everyone provides you with diffedent information. Not relevant at all. Thanks to the last person who has contacted me and helped, and fixed the issue.

This app started pretty basic but it is actually getting better and better with time (which is so rare these days!), so props to the bank and the developers. Recently they even added support for foreign phone numbers, which was great for people living abroad (I lost my Georgian cell number during the pandemic). The UI is a bit 2017 though.

I've been using Bank of Georgia as my local bank since I arrived in Georgia. 100% the most reliable bank I've ever had in my life. The app, the customer service, the card, absolutely quality design and useful all around. The app I use a lot for easy transactions, and personal transfers are fast and easy. Lets you handle transactions with your BoG account or separate cards. 100% recommend BoG and the BoG app for any and all banking transactions.

I don't like the update. I was forced to get it then the screen comes up wallpaper with a whatsapp phone symbol in upper right corner and qr code in upper left corner with a search bar in the middle. No menu or navigation ability. I searched for accounts and it just spun.

The program constantly freezes it is impossible to log into the account it is impossible to pay for the utilities the program does not pay. I'm tired of writing to them and asking them to fix any interference there.

Now since they changed the app layout which looks quite good , I was logged out of my account (saved infos) and you to login with phone code 😠 you couldn't change the mobile number if you hadn't the old one , and also it was said that it isn't possible. Then they said they change it , and instead of changing they made it twice complicated. All banks do this online only bog cannot change mobile details and now I can't go into my account ! Not so good. Will this be changed asap ?

Great app so far, a bit funny that I can do more with it than with the web app. Adding a phone number works but making it the default is broken, no one time code sent.

It can't calculate total income correctly. Each h conversion of currency is accounted as additional money on my account. Finally I get incorrect measures of total income and spent per month/year.

From the reviews it looks like a pretty good app, the thing I want this to have is that you can register using ScoolCard (Credit card's for children) and i might enjoy using it and to check my balance rather walking 1 hour to bank just to check balance on Scool Card =/

Process of taking photo of the ID to restore the forgotten credentials and adding a new mobile number (instead of my stolen one) is a real nightmare. I'm abroad and can't visit the bank due to the COVID 19 circumstances, and your customer care machines are not helping at all and make the process harder.
