This app will not even open. Installed it on 3 Android systems, but it crashes immediately. I've tried everything to make it work, but this app is a BOH no go.
just installed this app on my tablet and it will not even open. also installed app on my cell and cannot get past login/pin. what is the problem? this is awful. hope this gets fixed asap!!!!!
All I get is error when trying to log in. I have to use the web based which is not as convenient. Think I will switch to another bank that the app does work
Been usung app for years on assorted ioads and now pro, have to get rid of ipad die to covid19, now bought samsung tab se5 a good powerful tablet, download* and it fails to open --why? Now i see all the reviews complaining.. why not samsung or android, its more poplar and they sell atcoatco, havetab now what dont use for boh? Or get another tablet, pls make app compatible whl wants to useapp and now hardto go in babk, other banks work , fix absolute priorty or its a barrierto usebkh , other ban
Will not open on new Samsung Tab 4. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Worked fine on my old Samsung tablet
Can't launch the app on a tablet that's only 6 months old. Says alot about a bank when they put out this kind of garbage for their customer base. Time to find a new bank that has some self respect
Tried to install on Galaxy se5 tablet...won't even open. Now of course I see all the reviews. REALLY ? YOUR SYSTEM WONT WORK ON ANDROID WOW ?

PoS! Best thing I can say is that it is decent looking... but the usage/interface is antiquated and awkward. Won't even run in Android 9 tablet. Mobile deposit NEVER UPLOADS CHECK IMAGES, can't view/download statements(!!), can't search back beyond about 90 days, and search system is horrible, can't manage bill pay!! I always end up using the desktop or phone (slightly better) version, hoping this app will become useful, but not hopeful since last updated in 2016! HORRIBLE
Good as my mobile app. Different from phone app but just about the same features. If it had all it would've gotten a 5 star
It's good. But... I can't access my account anymore because I changed my phone number . That's dumb .
This app used to work on my Android tablets when it first came out. Then after an update it no longer did so. In spite of months of repeated pleas to the developer and offerings of help from the Android device manufacturer the app still doesn't work. No wonder it's got so few users! Obviously the Bank of Hawaii could care less about their customers needs.
This APP does not work with all tablets and if yours is not on the list, you may not be able to perform certain functions. Hopefully the software developers will address this.
I only have checking so not too functional for my limited needs.
This app used to work with Android. Not sure what you've done to it, but just installed it on a new tablet and it won't even open. This is insane! For a bank of this size to not have an app that functions on Android is insane!
