Excellent App by Bank of India which will enable customer to quickly navigate, control and manage their cards. It also helps customers to set their own transaction limits, turn on or on their cards. very smooth interface and overall good experience. Great work by Team BOI

Finally we get a app which will not only save our money but also from neightmere.Now we can get a complete control over our debit card from all types of spending as we can set the limit for all uses through card. The interface is also user friendly. We wish such type of apps from BOI.

nice app. you can manage all your debit card transaction, when not in use, can temperory block card, also can control transaction over atm, merchant, online, contactless etc. also can set reminder for min balance. can set limit of transaction over online, atm, or merchant. can check account balanace on the go. and other many more things are available.

provides nice control over cards.. but wish it had options of pin managements like pin change, green pin. and if this app could be embaded with all its features with boi mobile banking app it would be even more great... one stop solution for all needs... thats what customer seek now.

Respected sir, As I used this app, this app is good to use but one feature of creating green pin is missing (which is available in credit control app). This app consumes battery power in background, there is always notification on the phone regarding this. Please also sort out it.

A much needed app..kudos to BOI. Still some features like card limit , international transactions on/off and online pin set is missing... I hope those will be added later.

It is not working at all & asking to reach out customer support just for registration. I am facing issues with my online transactions through debit card, it is not working. Infact, this app is of no use. It is not helping me in anyways.

I am trying to religion in the app and I forgot the password, this application doesn't sent me the TEMPORARY SECURITY TOKEN on my registered email. Rubbish application. Very worse application I have ever seen in my life on Google Play Store. I am contacting to the developer but not responding. Very Poor Quality of RESPONSE!!

App showing error ' the seever could not reach. Please chwck your network connection and try again' From last 2-3 month. I am unable to activate card for withdrawal of money. Please solve the problem. It is irritating.

The app was working well. It got disabled and I could not get it enable even after repeatedly lodging complaint at the customer care. Even I had mailed the issue through branch. Till date I didn't get reply from the concerned dept of head office .

Can't set password for new user, everytime it says needs 1 uppercase,1smallcase ,1 no,1 character..i did accordingly many times with different words having capital-small letters,no + special characters but invail..please correct it for your customers..thnks..

It is an excellent App. However, facility for creation of Green Pin is missing. Bank should take immediate steps to introduce this facility in this App since in many remote places like the one I stay in (Puttaparthi in AP) the nearest BOI ATM Machine is about 100 kms away which I am unable to visit on health grounds & also there is no guarantee that if I somehow visit the same the ATM Machine would be functional on that day. This facility would be a great boon for the retired and aged pensioners.

Could you please help me in installing this app. I'm using moto g5s plus. The app on download says update device settings to enable verify apps and I don't find any option to come over either by settings or by developer options. What to do??

Nice app to see your debit card transactions & history, you can disable your card anytime, total spending on cards through month...everything about your ATM card transactions available here...Amazing app

1. Green Pin option should be there in card details after verification of validate OTP. 2. After minimising the app it should be logout in status but it seems to be in login status long time.

Good controls provided... Problem is there even after adding multiple cards of my different accounts it shown only first card...

Due to some technical issue application not proper response at the maximum time. Kindly maintain for the better service.

It is the best app for keeping your atm card safe. You can switch your card on and off as you like.

I downloaded this aap but not able to create password. Due to lockdown passbook entry is not allowed in bank. I am very helpless if anyone know about this pls tell me .

Very Bad App, while i was creating my password all requirements were fulfilled then also it shows you should 1 uppercase character 1 lowercase character ana a symbol

I am not able to add multiple cards of different accounts. In one id i can add only one card.

This app is protective. Protection is essential for need of every boi customer. We experienced from past service. Bak of India's past service is better. And I am before 1986 old customer.
