This is the worst mobile banking app i have ever used. Trying to logon from last year but it always gives me the same error "unable to process, kindly try again". Tried reinstalling, changing my password but same error everytime. Tried to reach the support but not a single reply. What's the use of a support team when you don't care to respond to a customer. Edit: tried to email digital support many times as advised by team only but received failure delivery msgs.
I use this app. Its fine. But in one family two or more account are there with same registered mobile number or different mobile number can not use this app for all account. Only one account is operated. Thats not ok. Make some changes, give dropdown arrow to use different account number. I am using other bank app with such facilities. Which is better one than this.Hope you will consider this.
Worst banking application. Its so hard to connect with. I stay in abroad and i want to check my bank details all the information about my transfer n all, but hell this app n also the authorities out of service as always. Tried contacting BOI in UAE and they answered saying we cant do anything about it. Trying from so many months now to login with my registered mobile number, still cant find a way through. App says no network sms dont go. Although i have network and regular recharge in my phone
After deleting first name from the account my BoI mobile app has become inactivated. After complaining many of times the app. is still not working. Poor customer care service,they did nothing regarding the same. Home branch of the bank also neglected this issue and did nothing. Poor digital service nothing else.
It's nice, user-friendly... Happy to see the bank is offering more digital options. Hope, it will always be prompt and would help its customers, whenever in need while using the digital platforms, though not have experienced any issues regarding the usage, yet..
All the options are fine.. but the statement of accounts option doesn't work. It is not displayed in the app or the download option is also not available. As soon as I try to view statement of accounts. The app closes automatically. Please look into this issue and rectify it.
Everything is wrong with this he'll application. It never allows you to login even with the correct credentials. Can you please make it work even for once in a lifetime? What sort of application is this and that too for a Government Bank? Neither your physical systems work not the online applications. I don't even want to rate it One it's in negative for sure.
After installation I tried adding my account but was not able to add. It will ask for sending message and once you allow it will keep you in waiting and later fails. I checked my message app and found error that the contact number on which it is sending message is formatted incorrectly. Please check and help to configure.
Worst app ever. Every time i need to login with I'd and password as compared with other banking apps it just need to provide mpin then login that's it. This thing is not available in this app. Also app interface is extremely bad some of its functions don't work properly like settings. When i go to settings it goes blank and there is no option available there. Like wise there are many issues and problems with this app which i can't express. I request from boi to please kindly improve your app .
Why make an app that does not function and is a complete waste of time. It has been several weeks, the app does not function. Keep sending an sms and getting an error. The best part is that the bank officials have no clue and upon checking with the branch they have only one answer, that it's a technical problem will be solved soon... How soon is soon? - I've had this app for several weeks. It's probably time to uninstall.
Extremely smooth application by BOI. You don't need to go to the bank. I think this app has more features and that too user friendly than other private banking application. I have very nice experience from it.
Couldn't login for past 6 months... The abv review I sent 2 months before. Till now I'm not able to use the app. There is no response from BOI. No one knows the issue. Finally I found the issue, the app is not supported in Android 11. Kindly update your app to Android 11 (oxygen os).
App is very good. Interface and titles should be easy to understand. Those who can handle digital mode operations are also took extra efforts to understand the title and messeges given so common people couldn't go through it. Data spped should moderate to higher spped. BOI internet banking option means all options should be in single application with exactly titled as" Internet banking " for the same. IVR no service is good. Make branches tightwto get clear CTS clearance on same day. Thanks🙏
Worste app I never seen before since 2months I have tring to login but it was showing that "failed to load kindly try again" I thought that may be my password was wrong and I have change my password also but no use Worste app and the management also not replying for that Very disappointed 😞 😔
BOI This is very nice and amazing app. I have done many successful transactions through this app. There has never been any error in any transaction. And the transactions that I am doing now are being completed successfully through this app. I thank the creator of this app and his colleagues wholeheartedly. And I pray to God that God grant him success in every field like this. which has given us this facility.
The app was working well before the last few updates. Now every other day it is prompting to change the transaction password and not accepting the new password. I have already sent an email on 19th April 2022 and didn't receive any response till now. I have written after waiting for the email reply only on Play Store.
Not supporting latest android version. This is the first app i come across which doesn't support latest android version. There are apps which may not support older version but not supporting v10 and supports v9 is too much.
Very easily understandable, step by step, good guidence, & practically no hindrance . I find it very comfortable and convinient to use. It's a really nice app. Just like ICICI. YOU CAN COMPARE IT WITH ICICI APP in good ranking. Thanks for good app installed for public.
I am the ex employee of bank of india. Though there are many features available in our mobile app, the following are to be included is a must. When one spends money on particular transaction then the same to be reflected in the statement. For instance if we buy a fan and in the description coloumn if we write " cost of one fan" then it should be reflected in the statement. Google pay has this feature. Even if we buy coconut for 20 bugs, the same is reflected. Second suggestions follows.
App with the most useless restrictions. 1. Why the limit of 25k per transaction in IMPS when the daily limit is way above..? 2. Why can't I simply add a beneficiary and make high value transaction? After all you have already verified the genuineness of the transaction through 2 passwords and an OTP. I could go on and on. If you can't have good ideas , simply copy it from other apps. Use ICICI iMobile and cut-copy-paste. Simple.
Very bad experience. The verification of number does not send otp only.. i literally waited for so long and tried atleast 10 times now. Rehustered number gets messages to switch to app but not OTP. Very bad
Even after sending SMS on registered number, Surprisingly, it is asking ATM card details and pin, for verifying details !!! Can't it be thru OTP on registered number. I didn't see such type of verification method in other Bank. Again tried after some days, While registration, it sends successful sms from sim, circles keeps rotating and nothing happens. !! I tried it number of times in different days but of no use
BOI Mobile App is so user friendly. Financial transactions completes in few minutes. Both my Credit & Debit card issues viz; fixing spending limit, hotlisting ...etc are done through this app.
Facing Problem while accessing App. It's showing error as "Facing technical problem. Try again". Tried multiple times and from last 1 week. Not sure what is wrong with app.
This is not user friendly, i feel you can resolve it and Add lot of features like other Bank's provided. And main thing to show how many debit cards active as well as inactive cards in our account. it's the main thing you should add.....
Previously working well but after update i am unable to log in as it says registered mobile no is not in this device ,which is there and earlier through this device with same mobile app was working well. How can i resolve this issue now? It doesn't support android 12 or MIUI 13
App needs to have user-friendly login. It asks to send sms everytime you login to verify which beats the purpose of having the app. Specially when you want to check it outside of India. Can't send message so can't login via app ! It needs to change.
