Best reward app. But wrost also. Because if you make many transation through card. Point is not added properlly. I already raised complain but still point is not added.
I am not able to retrieve my user ID password as the app always keeps hanging and shows something went wrong.
Worst ever.... transaction pending all time not success yet.... don't use this app
Pathetic app also the back office team is good for nothing only god knows what they do during working hours ... Complaints not resolved for more than a year and they dont have a clue that what to do. Terrible experience.
Even after doing forgot user id option, it again prompts enter user ID window of login page! Ridiculous just like bank employees

Very good reward point system by BOI. I use my reward points to pay my bills and recharge my phone. I would highly recommend BOI savings accounts and usage of debit card to all.

Many times reward points are not credited.On 20 March rewards points of 358 were debited and no benefit given. Even redeem column was also not showing any entry.
I bought a kitchen set of 15 items. It is a BIG CHEAT. IT IS TOTAL USELESS. I am surprised how Bank of India keeps this item in their rewards. It should be discontinued. The MRP on the box is rs 1050 /- & it is sold at rs 1200/- delivery charges are extra. This is my experience
Its an amazing app which offers you consistent reward points on the usage of your boi cards. Its even easier to redeem your earned points. I recommend to use the services as they are awesome.
There's a serious bug in this app which makes it impossible to browse the merchandise beyond first page. Because everytime you load more products, it fills the list with duplicate products. I have emailed the developer. Hope they resolve it.
BOI seems to concentrate more than necessarily on safety which ends up in incomplete services. For ex., When u create one whole app for Rewards, u must provide each and every info there... But i could not find the expiry date of my reward points anywhere in the app..! This is seldom the case with boi apps and website
Card balance was in decimal, so app didn't redeem points, message shows amount doesn't match the payable amount...only whole amount having no decimal can be redeemed...i tried to pay amount partly from points and partly from my account... But one good thing, no convenience fees added while making payment for booking flight tickets...
useless application. From last more than one month i am not able to use the application as it does not open. Several times i complained but they are not able to fix my problem. only one reply i receive to uninstall and reinstall. very poor customer service.
pathetic app, not working properly. No transaction is happening. Always shows the message (something went wrong). If something has gone wrong instead of telling me about it. Go and fix it.

After installing it, initially the app was completely unstable and lame. But with the recent updates from the owner it is BIT stable. Yes only a BIT. Because recently when I was using the app, the app itself deducted my redemption money automatically without my consent. I was shocked with this app behavior and so decided to write a review. I lost my money and still have got no reply from the support team since my complaint registered on the same day. So, I would strongly recommend everyone out there not to TRUST this App.
The worst website i have seen ever. Few months before you provided good service. But i can't redeem my points from my credit card and debit card now. Even can't recharge mobile, can't even purchase from merchant outlets using qr code scanning from local outlets, please try any reliable and updated technical agency for your web application development..
Update of reward points are not regular. It's taking a too much time. Last reward points updated on July after that no update in August, no update in September, no update in October, no update in November, even December also. Hoping for quick update in reward points as Christmas Day gift. Thank you. Thanks for updating the star points after July 2019 on 10/6/2021. Points are updated but no bonus points credited. Fantastic, reward points are updated within 24 hours.

worst app. everytime I recharge my points get deducted on a failure transaction also. i loose my points and also my recharge doesnot happen. Even with such a worst issue My expiry on points work very well. i really dont understand when you guys cant handle why you provide such s service.

Reward points does not exist in real life. It exists only on paper. No matter how many transactions you do, whatever type the merchant is, the points won't accrue. Now I realise how they grow their profits. I trust only HDFC for rewards. If they say specific categories are disqualified for accrual, they will post rewards except the mentioned category without even calling customer care.
Unable to login. Got logged out automatically (strangely gets logged out every month). Now unable to login. I get a popup with text "Forbidden". That's it. Nothing else. Tried to login many times but in vain. Please fix it.
